Re: High Flyer
2/7/16
As I look to be enternally a 50.00 points/race team, I've been using the youth marker for the first time, buying 6 riders, but recently sold my 77 flat 85 down 65 sprint guy.
Another change is raising the importance of regen, the lowest now being 40 and having 7/10 with 49+ regen.
One thing I'm not happy about is my weakness in flat, which lead me to buy the old Juan, but something I will train Baba and Varnik in.
Here is my team as it stands :
Hill Riders:
(CAPTAIN) SPRINTER: (33) Arne Driksen 70 Mount 79 flat 76 Down 64 Sprint 49 Regen
HELPER: (24) Stan Williams 67 Mount 77 Flat 66 TT 63 Sprint
HELPER/BREAK: (22)Mattias Toivo 54 Mount 76 Flat 55 Sprint
Flat Riders:
CAPTAIN : (34)Alberto Juan 89 Flat 54 Sprint 61 Regen
HELPER/ BREAK: (29) Damiano Caruso 78 Flat 77 Downhill
HELPER: (25) Daniel Baba 75 Flat 51 Regen
HELPER: (21) Hekie Varnik 74 Flat 55 Sprint 55 Regen
Sprinters:
(CAPTAIN) MAIN SPRINTER: (24 years) Andrei Kivi 64 Flat 92 Sprint NC Champ aswell
LEAD OUT: (35) Jose Montez 70 flat 84 sprint
LEAD OUT/ WITH FLAT: (22) Tanel Laas 75 Flat 71 Sprint 55 Regen
As for races, I won;t be joining the TDF, 21 days is too much as I don't have a set time for racing, just join whenever I'm online. I may join the Pologne, but for now it s 1 day races for me.

Re: High Flyer
September, the month where my race count goes down, but hopefully more changes means more wins. Kivi and Stan are my only remains from the Youth Market.
With compliments to RV for Dean Stevens and some other changes, here is my team....:
Hill Riders:
HELPER: (26) Stan Williams 69 Mount 78 Flat 68 Down 66 TT 63 Sprint (6 Months Here)
CHASER: (32)Sandro Volpi 66 Mount 87 Flat
Flat Riders:
CAPTAIN : (32)Walid Hamourit 89 Flat 60 Sprint
CHASER : (36) Alberto Juan 87 Flat 70 Down 61 Regen (4 Months)
CHASER: (27) Appa Pun 85 Flat 79 Down
HELPER: (33) Lakoba Niulakita 81 Flat 57 Sprint
HELPER: (33) Morgan Pambele 80 Flat
HELPER: (31) Damiano Caruso 78 Flat 77 Downhill
Sprinters:
(CAPTAIN) MAIN SPRINTER: (26 years) Andrei Kivi 68 Flat 92 Sprint NC Champ (6 Months)
LEAD OUT: (25) Dean Stevens 88 sprint 79 Down
LEAD OUT/ WITH FLAT: (33) Brendan Moloney 82 Flat 82 Sprint
So far, 5 Wins in in 2 months, but 3 in 10 days has made me happy. A much stronger Sprint Train and flat riders that I now can protect with confidence they will block any attacks. Kivi has a good team behind him.
The only real choice left are whether I should keep Stan or sell him to commit to a youth rider who could be more flat like. I will also soon have to decide a new rider to buy, but that is for later.

4/9/16
What a fantastic start to the month. Kivi wins our teams 1st classic in an outstanding chase by me, Aerostar and OBK.
That make it 4 wins in 13 days, and also Kivi's hat-trick in the space of 1 week.
A long wait now for the next stage he can win.

Re: High Flyer
Been hit with small break winnning margins and bad trains, but hopefully I can work to improve. My next buy will prob be a new sprint youth.

)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
Winning the World Champs and getting another win for Kivi in the NC's aswell as Appa.
November looks like an awful month for me. With me desperately trying to retain flat strength.

It has been a pretty good 50 days since i wrote that.High Flyer wrote: November looks like an awful month for me. With me desperately trying to retain flat strength.
As you can see, my dear lead out his finished up his time here, I have had to since make a few changes to my team accommodate until my new sprinter reaches 21 in January.
Anyway, Kivi is having a fantastic time here, now has 12 wins, something only 19 current riders have right now. Another win thx to the best co-op of RTS means that I have hope for the next 13 days basically just following other trains. It will be very intresting but alas I have gone from 13 from my first 2 years to 20wins came from last 6 months, lets keep going to the end!

Re: High Flyer (2016 WORLD CHAMPS)
Its 2017, and its February, its been 2 month since my last update. Firstly here is my team:
Here are my transfers since last update: As you can see, some major changes have come as I prepare for a Summer sprinting team.
Going out have been:
Pun: a good well rounded guy but I wanted someone young and we was first to go.
Hickie: Age was becoming a problem, so he had to go too.
Songh: Same as Hickie but also too weak for my likings.
Kanter: Now, this was hard. He was part of the trio of Estonians I bought from youth market. However since all 3 had trained badly in flat, 1 had to go. Vosu had 2 wins to his name, Kikkas had best moun and best flat of the trio, so Kanter was gone.
Going in:
Vogel, a short replacemt of flat, I feel more comfortable buying a 88 flat who can work with Sabonis to block.
Suun: KIVI 2.0 INCOMING. Just won his 1st race today and if he can get as lucky with flat and sprint as Kivi, then ill be very happy.
Gotzen: Another flat replacement. Notice how I am now buy strong flat guys around 29-30 rather than 32-33 like before.
Ants Ani: Antoher flat guy coming in this season. Hopefully he trains well.
Kriit: Not on list but joined in the same year of Suun. Hoefully he trains into a good flat-sprint guy for me.
Wins:
So 4 wins in January, including a 2nd for Vosu from break and this month already the 22 year old Suun get win number 1, meaning that my whole train has atleast 1 win to their names.
FUTURE:

Train Suun more flat and sprint
Target atleast 1 win in NC's next week
Maintain 4-5wins per month rate (no tour/stage wins since I dont do them)

Re: High Flyer (2016 WORLD CHAMPS)
Back again with my monthly (well, mostly monthly anyway) update
Here is my team:
Here are my transfers since last update: A few minor tweak here an there:
Going out have been:
Vous: After hard deliberation, Vosu left. He had 2 wins for me and was great for the break, but the flat training was falling apart. Will be missed
Going in:
Pedrad: Youngster coming in, I want to try again with a young flat. I think the mistake I have made is being too focus on mountain and sprint. So this time, flat is priority.
Rouhanni: Directly from Vosu. 1 Year older, but has better flat and downhill and a smaller pay aswell.
Wins:
9 wins in 18 races. Just perfect for me, My best month interms of wins as my new train works wonders. Suun already has 3 wins under his belt, Jawal got a couple and Kivi keeps dominating. A surprise in German NC and another from the break convinced me 1 more month for him at my team. Its been a good month.
Last month Targets:
Buy an 11th rider
Yep, did that with Pedrad.
Train Suun more flat and sprint
Not no much, I should get his sprint to 90 then train flat again
Target atleast 1 win in NC's next week
Got 2 again, satified.
Maintain 4-5wins per month rate (no tour/stage wins since I dont do them)
Doubled

- Prob replace Vogel, maybe, depends on how much flat loss he has.
Train Suun more sprint and flat guys more flat
Kikkas just 1 more flat please, a 27 year old 59-87 would be so nice.
3-4 wins, cause I reach my peak last month
