I think it's best to put km1 mintact for the cyclocross WC. Last WC, one minute wasn't enough to do stuff.

- performance improvements are in place, but no idea, if they help. That also strongly depends on the players
- form is not visible during signup (as far as I remember), but can be seen during the race
- I have no time to change the visibility of form in the race until Monday
- I also don't like that short-term signup process, why not do the world championship in March or towards the end of the month? It can be parallel to other races as well

Apologies for this, but the reasons only appeared on 28th January, when the Final PDF was already created.
