Good again. The young guys get two trainings and Hsien and Allan get ~50 % training. Jonas would have been nice, but at 25 his chance for training is less than 1/2. Downtranings are in the expected range, but main skills stayed for most riders.2025-11-20 Lauri Vaska TimeTrial -1

Expected about 6 downtrainings, but only got 2. And both of them don't even matter much.
Uptraining also quite nice. Nebyla to 65 mountain now, which is much more than I expected. Grala seems very motivated in his new team and takes the important last training at 24.
Palamarchuk continues his insane training. 70 flat, 90 sprint at 24 is so much more than expected. Can probably switch him to mountain now to have good MSR chances. Dosmagambetov also nice. Missed 1 training this month, which is completely fine. Finally the expected trainings from Mamatkhodzhaev and Coyotecatly.
Overall nothing to complain about at all
Re: Training
You win some, you lose some, but overall it looks nice. Marek going 76 at 29 is brilliant, Humberto going 86 (84.5 pave) is nice as well. For Humberto, that is probably not enough to fight for PR against stronger teams, but still nice. On the other hand, the 23-25 fraction lost out this time. Downtraining Andres stands out negatively, flat and sprint. So, top form next month is probably the last chance for him to be a leader; maybe he has one more month in him as part of the new, weaker train.2025-11-27 Lauri Vaska Downhill -1

Overall, Allan is still above expectations; now he is on his way to get 83 or 84 mountain. Jonas is above expectations in flat, but below in climbing, average overall. Humberto is very average. A 72 flat starting value rarely makes a monster. Marek and Adriaan are still above expectations, even if flat should be higher. Thorvald is slightly below expectations, even if some managers do not believe it. perfect starting values, and neither protecting downhill nor sprint gets you a strong classic with huge weaknesses.
