Ban JapanNeutron

Post by JapanNeutron » Mon Oct 27, 2025 2:54 pm

Hello, I would like to appeal my ban. Why not ban DynamoKiev and fine me $1 million instead?
I don't know who to contact.
The decision to ban JapanNeutron is unfair, I'm convinced of it.

There's no need for a fine, if the teams weren't used in the same race to get an adventage.

There should even be "compensations" for the day(s) of ban of the division 2 team. Lol

Maybe try to understand what I'm saying before writing your stupid comments? But best is to not react negatively to everything I say without even thinking, it's some kind of harassement that you will be punished for.

I don't like the way this case was handled. We are in the middle of a tour and everybody believes that Japan will be out. Then, out of nowhere, he is back racing? Why don't you wait until the tour is over?

Another case showing the hasardous of the fpc decisions. You better dissolve that comité.

Off topic: In many sports, you would get a fine for this Elaska.

on topic again: Yesterday during the tour and today in the NCs, both teams are still active. I'm not sure, if DynamoKiev / JapanNeutron already understood the rules.

We are currently investigating some additional evidence, leaving both teams unbanned for now. Shouldn't be too long before we close it definitively.

Banning is one thing, but if this is indeed one person, he should certainly stop using both accounts at the same time immediately.

Now Kiev won stage and tour and got banned right after? That's hilarious. Why don't you kick him out straight away? It was not better to wait until he took stage and money from others

It was your own proposal???

But to be clear. This case was not an easy Fairplay Case for us. In the end we now decided to still enforce the Ban but we needed some time for discussion and check some more data and give Kiev the possibility to reasonably appeal the punishment. With further proof the decision can be changed. On an easier Multi case we probably would have banned immedietely.
Maybe the FPC also needs stright guidelines how to handle this stuff.

The problem was, that he was banned, then unbanned and again banned now. And all these status changes during one tour. So I can understand the confusion and anger from the participants in the tour.

I cannot remember correcting results of races, when teams participated that later got caught being multis. It is not that he had an advantage (second team riding in favor of his first team). Maybe he had an advantage based on the fact that everybody expecting he was taken out/will be taken out. Fact is, that there was an influence of the FPC's actions on the race and this should be limited in future cases.

What has been done was to correct races with illegal team attacks and big profits out of it.

AAD mentions it: that was the problem. I didn't want him to come back just because he asked to ban Kiev instead of Japan.

That's so stupid. Did he cheat to "win"? Probably(since I didn't see the tour) no. You're complaining for no reason. You would be fined for the complaints if I was the FPK.

Thats really stupid ...If you haven't seen it, why do you have an opinion about it? If I were the FPK, you wouldn't even be here anymore.

Did he (Japan) gets a fine?
If so, how much he had to pay?

Why do you (fpc) decide to ban Dynamo Kiev instead of Japan?

Cheers

Because Japan is the "main" team, not the oldest I know but still.

Why do you think he deserves a fine? He didn't get any money from using both teams, a fine is unjust.
