1st question... Are this real profiles? They look like fantasy.
2nd question... Where starts the tour and where does it end?

1. Frage... Sind das reale Profile? Die sehen irgendwie unrealistisch aus.
2. Frage... Von wo bis wo geht die Tour bzw die Etappen?

Hmm are you really sure you want to compete with a fantasy tour? There are so much guys who take so much time to design a real tour.

In RL the organizers usually put TTTs at the first few days of a tour, in order to avoid having a team with less than 5 riders at the start due to exclusions during the tour.

Yep, TTT in the first few days would've been better. And I also think that 3 time trials in 12 days are a little too much. Else, I like the profiles, decent tour. Europe not everyone's favourite, but you can try. What I miss for a Dec-Tour (I hope you didn't post that part elsewhere) is a nicer presentation - more information about the stages, maybe pictures, some extra stuff you know. But the main thing, the profiles as I said look good to me. Hope I could help ;)

So for the first day the TTT:
A TTT at the begin of the Tour here it will win a Team with few time trial rider and will cut out some rider for the Classment
41km/41min
Image

And for the last day the ITT:
The last Stage and the last chance to win the Classement because of the length i think the Classement will win before this stage.
17km/17min

And Alpe d'Huez via Huez never goes beyond 10% for a whole km at the very beginning of the climb

The last HC climb looks like a weird hill ...
Stages are shorts.
Weird mountain classification, but not the worst I've seen.
But, could be fun to ride it, a nervous race maybe ... maybe ?

Yes the streets in Iceland are very weird all not only the hill sometimes i get profiles like this 17/-16/15/-8 most time i take then sometihink like 7/-6/5/-4 because i think the profiel i get isn´t realitical but at the las mountain i didn´t know it so i had done it so i think this tour will be a nervous race but it can be very interseted

When the profiles are like that that's because the map is bad.
You can switch in satellite view, you see the road. Then you switch in "offroad draw" (tracks4bikers) and you trace lines, following the streets, the roads you can see. When the relief is hard, you can check it with the relief view. That's long and boring, but then you will have good profiles. ;)

Good aspect that the stages are short, that's something that has become uncommon in the last years. Try yourself with short one day races, I'd like to see some of that.

One day races are just needed much more than tours. And you'll see them ridden in a short time. Tours might wait several months to be in the calender.
