Neuer Fahrer im Team/ New rider in the team

Leider musste heute Maxi RubénRodriguez das Team aus privaten Gründen das Team verlassen.
Heute morgen erfuhr die Teamleitung das er nicht mehr für das team fahren will ,weil seine Eltern der Meinung sind das er für sein Talent zu wenige Rennen bestritten hat.
Die Teamleitung war nicht sehr erfreut über diese Nachricht aber wünscht ihm eine gute Zukunft.

Unfortunately, today Maxi RubénRodriguez had left the team for private reasons.
This morning he said it to the team management that he no longer wants to ride for the team because his parents are of the opinion that he has challenged for his talent not enough races.
The team management was not very pleased with this news, but wishes him a good future.

Nach dieser Nachricht rief Ruffy Lysop an und fragte ob es in Cairo einen Fahrer gibt der Maxi ersetzen könne.
Allerdings vereinte Lysop Ruffy, deshalb musste weiter nach einen Ersatz suchen.
In Buenos Aires hörte er die gleiche Antwort von Brook, doch von Zorro erfuhr er das sie ein 20 jähriges Talent in Algier haben, nach einem längeren Gespräch mit Zorro verkündete Ruffy das er ihn in seinem Mannschaft haben will.
Ruffy machte sich dann höchst persöhnlich auf dem Weg um die neue Hoffnung abzuholen, per Schiff versteht sich.
Wahrscheinlicher Ankunftstermin ist der 1.04.10

It was an sunny March day Ruffy were sitting in his room and thought about an new riders for the team because the team
has ride a lot of money in the last month.
He thought if Zinediné will come he should get new team members from his country so Ruffy called Zorro and ask if there
are riders who could be an important helper for Zinediné.
Zorro said that in Algier are 2 rider who could be important for the pirates.
One rider is already 21his first skill is flat and the second skill is the mountain terrain.

Djamel is cool trained 3 skills.
Adriano goes risico everything to mountain and he gain not the mountain point for MSR instead he take sprint ,Time trial a - is not bad and - in downhill ist not the evil himself.
Ricardo traines twice it´s quite cool and Sergio with mountain training both ecellent.

Milano-Sanremo
Dieses Rennen wird das erste Monumenten Rennen in der RSF Geschichte des Teams.
Auf dem Porgram stand das längste Rennen der RSF und der ProTour.
Es ist ein hügliges Rennen wo allerdings die Sprinter auch gute chancen haben aber nicht unschlagbar sind.
Man meldete sich fürs Rennen um 10 Uhr allerdings funktionierte der Teamfunk nicht richtig und man musste auf 23 Uhr ausweichen ,
wo man die Topsprinter fand in Person von Franco,Z,TVE,TT und jeder hat seine Weltklasse Flachmannschaft mitgenommen.
Allerdings gab es auch viele Team die was dagegen haaben wie Dynamo Leinad,RP KMT und natürlich auch wir.


This is the teams first monument in the teams RSF history so it is a special one.
On the program was the longest RSF race we ever ride and will ride until the next year of Milano-Sanremo.
It is a hilly race but many rider characteristics could win
The team was sign up at 10h but the team radio was defect so the team has to start at
23h with all the super sprinter team like Team Franconia,TVE Jesenice and TT Sports.
But this were only the créme de la créme.
But on the over hand there were many team who were against Sprint with all sprinters.
For example Dynamo Leinad,RP KMT and of course the pirates too.

The first third was dominates by Hemza Mihoubi.
Facts of the breakaway: green att on km2 - dead on km 105 with a gap of 30:34 on a standing peloton -
13 degrees celsius - clouded - wind 3 first half from the side second half from the rear....
At the Passo del torchino the first "sieb" was made by RP KMT all sprinter fall down only Linquist not.
20km the gap betweens classic rider and sprinters was closed.
Mihoubi had then a gap of 20min.
Then a short discussion was held by Franco ,Z and Ponte about the energy of the flatrides.
At km 175 Gnoien Cycling attack with Manuel Carvalhas and Patrik Stenberg.
Manuel pull then Patrik to Valico le Manie.

At km 183 and 184 Aux and RP KMT with 2 riders to save them.
After the 4 riders have 1 minute to the peloton the sprinters make tempo in the person of TT and Franco.
But these 4 riders were catch at km 200.
At km 201 the peloton was split by Team Edelweiss
2 pelotons were formed again they separated a distance of 1 min and 30 sec.
At km 226 Hemza Mihoubi were caught by the classic rider.
At km 240 the peloton comes together.
Before the Cipressa the field was extremlly split.
Now the gap was only 12 sec but after 5km the gap was closed.
At the Cipressa the split was not good enought that the sprinters catch al 14km before the finish line.
10km before the finishline many classic rider attack Michele was the strongest of them but
2km before finish the sprinter chatch him at it comes to the hately sprint

Der Grund warum sie alle hier sind ist ,dass wie euch unsere neuen beiden Faher vorstellen wollen die zum 1 April zu uns kommen.
Zuerst ist da die große Klassiker Hoffnung Zinédine Saifi.
Er startet mit exzellenten Startwerten wir hoffen das er gut triniert und viele Siege für uns feiern wird wie z.B Milano-San Remo 2011.
Damit er diese Hoffnungen errreichen kann braucht er ein gutes Team um sich herum, deswegen holte man einen Jugiflachbomber der
ihn helfen soll.
Yasser Zaabat ist sein Name und er startet mit dem Maximum an Flach und Abfahrt.
Am 1 April wird das Team 3 Algerier beinhalten nämlich Djamel Saifi,Zinédine Saifi,Yasser Zaabat.
Dieses Team ergänzt sich hervorragend.
Djamel soll die Flachkilometer mit postiver Steigung fahren da sein Abfahrtwert nicht so gut ist, aber der Bergwert die 60 erreicht und somit
hoffentlich zu einem >60->85 wird.
Yasser hingegen soll die Flachkilometer mit negativer Steigung fahren da er mit seinen 79 Abfahrt hervorragend ist.
Dieses Duo wird deshalb Zinédine hervorragend in Szenze setzen können.

Allerdings muss ich ihnen auch eine nicht so erfreuliche Nachricht überbringen.
Aufgrund eines heftigen Streits zwischen Renato und Nico Robin musste einer von ihnen das Team verlassen.
Renato war der Meinung nach das er so schlecht triniert hat, weil Nico Robin ihn nicht richtig beachtet hat beim Training.
Die Teamleitung ist sich aber sicher das Nico Robin ihren Job gut macht deshlab verließ und Renato mit sofortiger Wirkung das Team.

Sein Abgang spühlte bisschen Geld in die Mannschaftskasse ein und man hofft noch einmal auf dem die Kontaktpersonen aus den anderen
Ländern einen Ersatz zu finden.
Leider kann man diese Kontaktleute immoment nicht kontaktieren da man gerade viel zutun hat mit der Vorbereitung zur Feier.

However, I have to tell you a bad news.
Due to an intense conflict between Renato and Nico Robin, one of them had to leave the team.
Renato was the opinion that he has trained so bad uphill, because Nico Robin has not properly complied with him during training.
The team management is confident that Nico Robin makes their job well and so Renato has left the team.

Das erste Ziel haben wir in der deutschen Sprache ganz klar erreicht den das Team ist nicht in die 3te Division abgestiegen ist ist sogar zum ersten mal in die 1 Division aufgestiegen.
Das zweite Ziel wurde nicht erreicht den man feierte nur 2 Siege.
Das dritte Ziel wurde erreicht.
