This' a subject much discussed in the German forum!
I'll use an example to start with today's race: Tour 10 am
Beastie Boys to date (Step 7) online status will be two half-steps at most.
100% off again today, but 'his riders attached like leeches everywhere!
and as usual, a bit here, a little there, succeeds in (with a super favorite) to do nothing and remain in the group of favorites for the win!
My proposal is this:
many would like a reduction of time offline (I also)
but 'in my opinion, I would also reduce the chance' to follow another cyclist offline, because 'in this way, you ruin the game of other players fixed.
my suggestion would be that in the last 20 miles. who, until then race was over 75% offline, can follow another rider just once!
you can discuss the fact that sometimes one can not be present for reasons of force majeure, and then give 2-3 races bonus ... but is definitely a limit to what now seems like a joke!
while we're at, I would also take this opportunity to do a small survey among players of all countries present here:
Consider that the rule offline, as well as takes place now, okay??

Maybe the following option should only remain for a certain number of kms
And if the order is not given again every 20 km (for example), the rider "forgets" to follow

I would like a change in follow system.
First:one team cannot follow more then x riders of another team.My proposal is 2, but i opened for another number, but no more as 4.
any team follow sistematic ever riders of one team;not fine, not fair, this is like as play again, i think that must play for own team...
Second proposal:Offline/online follow restrict at xx km. and/or x time.

For what i think, follow more than 1 rider is ok in reality, but here in rsf don't think is ok.. You only give more power to lucky training manager.. no ability in this game, and what about sprint? in this way? are we crazy? it's unmadable (maybe new english word!)
I don't like the proposal of "do it each 20 km" if i'm online why i have to do it again? no thanks!
I prefere do like for tempo.. if you are off line for x km remove it

really, i will find ok this rule, if we have race position, harder offline limit, weather value(with variable skills), and other little value, that increase the combinations in game , but in moment we have not this others value, and Follow is a game murder tactic, why you have no way to counter, as in real race.

What about that:
When you follow an attack, in the tactic tab your tactic is removed. So you have to put it again to follow another time. Thus an offline team can follow one attack but not two.
I think that the tactic to let fall down your rider has this parameter. Each km you have to put it again.

Not right i guess.
NM in Mexico.
Claw follows Alkworld, but Claw was off.
At the end Alkworld attacks again, and Claw want to follow, but hes not strong enough. And claw was off the hole race.

last time was very hard, about offline teams, not only about Multi,but also for the strange war GirlPower-Legende & Co.
i have a proposal...can we have , maybe an offline quote proportional to the length of the tour?
for example:
if the length of the tour is:
2 days, the quote will be 40%
3 days, the quote will be 30%
4-6 days, the quote will be 33%
7-10 days, the quote will be 37%
more than 10 days, the quote will be 40%.
a team that inscript theirself at 2/3 days tour, must have the time to be minimally 2 days and a paar minutes online,, otherwise, give enough onedayrace...
37% from 7 days are enuogh offline time, and give ever the sitter solution.

i also think it makes sense to reduce the % for short tours but i cannot follow your percentages.
But we have to save the real onliners. there should be something like a total km percentage for tours. For exemple: Utah, there are 2 TT, a 2km prologue and a 15km ITT, 2 out of 6 days where there is no need to be online. and this makes 33% of the stages but only 2% of the total distance of the tour. in aux's way a team not riding the 2 TT gets kicked and a Team who is online at the TTs and 3 other stages for 1 km in the middle of the stage has more than 75% online quote but is only only for about 20km the whole tour, this whole system as it is now for tours is just not fair

i think only, that is not right to pramie a team, that in a 6 day tour, is 1 minutes online, but take, in moments, price, for minimal 3 or 4 stage, and if their have a little luck, good price, like a top ten place...
