CN Modifications

Hi everybody!

CNs are over, almost without problems (which is already a success), I got some feedbacks here and there and some proposals. Let's see what the community thinks.

1) More starting times, this is basically something that should be done, starting from 9 or 10 to 22 instead of 12 to 22. Less races in parallel should also improve performances.

2) Guarantee a Cat 3 CN for every timespan, so morning, early afternoon, afternoon, evening and night should have at least 1 cat 3 CN each.

Now a couple of questions:

1) Should categories be redefined?, at the moment we are following (I guess) the importance of each nation in reality, should we adapt it to the importance of each nation in RSF? There wouldn't be drastic changements, but nations like Spain in RSF are less represented than Austria or Poland.

2) Should races/tracks/altimetry be different? , I had this in mind when I saw Italian CN where a cat3 is only 135km long, for this I thought, should something be modified or added? (like minimum distance for cat3 races)

Cancel some useless nations. 81 nationality, but countries like Nepal, Belize, Vietnam, Paraguay, Jamaika, South Korea, Vanuatu, Barbados, Tuvalu, Senegal Uzbekistan, Bahamas, Cuba ? We can easily out 20-30 nationality I think first.

As promised, starting times now are from 10 to 22. In every time span there is at least a cat 3 race.

Found this old thread, every "time span" with an important NC seems actually quite good. No idea how many "cat 3" we have/had, but see the new thread, probably better to spread it out like this, especially during the week, so that not mostly the evening gets the important ones. 1 for the morning, 1 for the afternoon, the rest after 18h is ok.
