Allow to buy more than 3 reduced in price riders

Situation now: when you bought 3 riders below 75% of the market price its not possible to buy any more of these riders at all
My suggestion: allow every team with 3 reduced in price riders to buy every other rider below these 75% market price for excact 75% of the market price

Due this idea once was introduced that sold riders get teams it now prevents sold riders to get a team

Much work for such a small thing, so i don´t know if i will change it soon. I will look if it easy. Otherwise we will keep the current system. Allthough your suggestionis absolutely logical.
