I make a short List of his Cases:
04.03.2024 lies and defamation by r Taka in fairplay votes - viewtopic.php?f=16&t=10053
FPC Decision: No Fine. However, FPC will keep the record (as we always do) and if the comments are repeated and tend toward harassment (repeated and targeting a specific team), FPC will also take this case into account for determining fines.

04.03.2024 Taka insulting - viewtopic.php?f=16&t=10056
FPC Decision: No Fine. However, FPC will keep the record (as we always do) and if the comments are repeated and tend toward harassment (repeated and targeting a specific team), FPC will also take this case into account for determining fines.

25.03.2024 Insulting by r Taka - viewtopic.php?f=16&t=10072
FPC Decision: Fine of 100k. FPC decided that it was offensive language. Please be mindful when you chose your words.

27.06.2024 Taka insulting in general chat for no reason - viewtopic.php?f=16&t=10072
FPC Decision: Fine of 150,000.

The FPC viewed it as an insult because "trash" could have referred to French people and/or lenny. The team neither made it clear, nor apologized. Also, the team was fined for an insult before. Please everyone, respect the rules.

29.10.2024 Chat escalation, provocations, violent fantasies - Schartner Bombe/r TAKA - viewtopic.php?f=16&t=10176
r TAKA:
FPC Decision: Fine 500‘000
for offensive / inappropriate language and insults towards Schartner Bombe in the general chat. The amount of the fine reflects the fact that r TAKA is a repeating offender against the fairplay rules of the game and has a long history of fines due to offensive language and insults in the game. Only during the last 12 months, he has been found guilty and fined three times. Hence, the FPC concludes that the next time, a temporary ban may be discussed. Schartner Bombe’s insults have been included in the verdict as mitigating circumstances.

01.01.2025 Derogatory by r Taka - viewtopic.php?f=16&t=10213
The FPC decided not to give a fine to r taka in this case. But we expect r taka to consider Schappys critique regarding his comments towards him and abstain from further provocations.

01.02.2025 defamation by r Taka - viewtopic.php?f=16&t=10229
FPC decision: 500k fine for offensive language. Please note that the severity of the fine is in large part due to r Taka being a repeat offender. If this behaviour continues, fines will also increase further.
We also advise Schappy to not give further -3 fairplay votes without explanation to not add any more fuel to the fire.

09.04.2025 Next case R Taka - viewtopic.php?f=16&t=10288
FPC decision: no fine

30.06.2025 r TAKA insulting once again - viewtopic.php?f=16&t=10340
FPC decision: no fine

19.08.2025 R Taka again - viewtopic.php?f=16&t=10388
FPC Decision: 100k fine for r TAKA

20.08.2025 R Taka again 2 - viewtopic.php?f=16&t=10389
No investigation, no decision by the FPC

09.09.2025 R Taka 12. Case - viewtopic.php?f=16&t=10413
No investigation, no decision by the FPC

16.09.2025 R Taka 16.09.2025 - viewtopic.php?f=16&t=10420
No investigation, no decision by the FPC

All in all in 2024 he had more and more cases and it ended in a clar FPC decision, in 2025 he dont stop get a clear message in February again from the FPC, the next cases, only 2 month after the decision, he dont get a fine. Of course, the case for his own dont ned to get punished, but he had a history and he ignored the messages from the FPC, he never apologies for any of his cases, he never stopped, only the FPC stopped. But why? Can anyone explain me?
I´ve got the magic in me

The cases where there was a decision are in the past, there was a decision. You cannot ask for additional punishment once in is over. The history, of course, should be considered in new cases. Repeated offenders deserve more severe penalties. So what is your point, that there are a couple if open cases?
