Alkworld(12:26): as far as I know, it was never considered in one-day races
Alkworld(12:26): implementation: not considered in one-day races, but in tours it's counted. If someone reaches 60% off in a tour, he'll still only be disqualified the next day
Alkworld(12:25): rules: in my opinion it should matter, but the rules maybe don't state that clearly
