Information after Game-Crash

In my opinion we need rules for the situation, a Race didnt start or stopp by a bug/crash. The admins make a great job of course, but the communication should be better in this situation.

Its a online game, and if this happen, many of us make some other things and take a look time by time. But not every 30 seconds.

So my suggestion: A short information in the race and game chat, the race start or restarts at **:** so everybody can be there. In my opinion it is okay to start in 3 or 5 minutes, but imeddiately is hard to be there for everybody woh wants to be there.
