Imo Is imperative to select Who gonna be the new calendar Leaders, we should do It before the new month, Gip can lead them and teach what they have to do, he got only 2 months left and after that no one have the experience to teach/help + Giving to Gip a support after he has bene in charge in 2 roles Is a nice way to thank him for his work. I understand is a bit rushy but watching the situation today some don't know what would be them tomorrow race!

The new Duo doing nov together with Gip and then going for dec alone with gip backup, is a great idea.
Now we only need a Duo who will and can do it.

I do not have much time, only could help in the commitee and as backup-uploader if the Duo got no time.

I would also offer to be part of a committee / people that can upload races and work as a backup. Already now the designing tool pretty well (and its flaws), theoretically know about uploads and stuff (just don't have the rights). And maybe I can also work on processes that makes this easier..

But not enough time to take over the full responsibility as most people here.
