Rumors says it was a test how effective the rest of fpc is in finding obvious Multis
That comment from a Multi user and a guy that make agreements with others. Look they are doing what they want.
Agreements about what? About that you are a terrible person and even a worse manager? Maybe yes

I don't think so, look out for yourself.

So not allowed to sit anymore?

Made mistakes, sure. But also helped a lot guys learning the game and build a nice team. Half your team is made of my advice.

And what do you mean with agreements? Maybe following my instructions move by move to win Itzulia and giving me a stage in exchange?

VB would have been caught yesterday. Thats smart racing, not surprised you didn’t get it.

Be humble Donto. You profitated more from me than anyone else.

All very confusing. But fascinating, we love gossip, scandals and all that cool stuff. Interesting to see the effort put into this, compared to actual sabotage a few years ago...

Dreizehn: 400,000 fine for being a member of a multi-account group and for involvement in cross-account rule violations.
What does this mean? Being a member of a group would mean there's other members, but nobody else has been fined for being a member of a group. Or does it just mean that he had many multis?

Plus am I right in suspecting that Dreizehn is the guy who had these veteran multis, UllesTribute, Herakles (same day start), Calimero (Even won D1 once, while the probable main team is still waiting  )Or was it Berlin? He started in 08, Dreizehn 09, but Berlin is found guilty of "a", so one... so Dreizehn it is. Impressive how he still always comes out as innocent and even wanted to join the FPC.

Very confusing, especially how you manage to find out about multis that haven't logged in for years, reapers in 2015... guess that was not technical but people admitting it then? But ok ok, you can't disclose details of that, I know.

Also maybe in some cases harder, in some cases softer punishment would have been ok. Kaiba/Quick really is only guilty of farming, bought riders for his main team in January, started racing in April, lost log in to the multi on March 27th. Last race January 12th, riders bought for main team January 13th. That is technically a multi, practically not really, due to the riders bought after the last race yes, managing 2 teams at the same time, but if one team didn't even ride a race after that... seems harsh, unless he is the one with Calimero and co. But since it says "a" multi account it seems it was only this Fallen thing. Seems harsh.

Surprised that not more newcomers ended in the net, but I guess those were caught by the old FPC? And didn't need this extra operation. But pretty sure you still missed some... no no, not Donkey ones, only reason I was ever tempted is to see what it's actually possible to buy with 15 millions, in my campaign to overturn the 20 millions for resetters and restarters and newcomers idiocy.

My personal opinion is that the fines are in line with what the guidelines suggest. Would probably look a bit nicer if the fine for FPC members was doubled to a normal multi case to make it 500k, but whatever.
BUT I really think the overall level of fines should be higher in general. It does not really feel right to just be stripped of the profits of about 1 week of riding for this

I think your decision is fair, you made it together as the FPC.

However, a question arises for me here?

They’re continuing to do it anyway, is a fine really the right move?
I’m looking at the races: Dreizehn is sitting for NML.
Vikings and Dreizehn are basically making a mockery of the 8 PM tour with their agreements.
Look back at the morning Giro involving Dreizehn and NML was everything okay there? I doubt it!

The next time they’re in the same field for a tour? It’ll happen all over again...

I just feel like I’m being taken for a fool. They’re abusing this great game and the community.
Be careful with your accusations. Weren’t you in so many dm‘s in your races to have agreements? Maybe try to ride some races alone without help and agreements :)

Maybe, now when you are a great GT Winner, you can explain how I had an agreement yesterday? I’ve won the race. I mean I know you would have ridden alone in my position, but it’s because you are a bad manager. It’s okay though. You can always ask one of your 12 mentors.

And you are a fool when you think all that had an influence to your bad riding. Abusing this game and destroying the fun are your ass covers in sprint or riding with a train 86-90-92 without any flat support or work in peloton.

Also agree with Roby that quick shouldn’t get a fine here for his technical „multi“.

Maybe we get some day a feature back with some additional races. I remember there have been a lot of ideas and people tried to find solutions but didn’t even get any response from an admin.

The FPC has reviewed the matter and reached decisions following lengthy discussions. It was a truly complex case involving various twists and turns, Discord and WhatsApp chat logs, and statements from the teams involved. The following penalties were issued:

Ban: Pistacchio, Fallen of Albaz, Joga Bonito, God v Godess, Cupra Sports, Kokoro, Harryaner, Herakles, UllesTribute, Calimero, reapers

KaibaCorp: 250,000 for using a multi-account
NoMoreLulz: 250,000 for using a multi-account
VikingsBerlin: 400,000 for using a multi-account while an FPC member
Tukhtatuaev: 400,000 for using a multi-account while an FPC member
Dreizehn: 400,000 fine for being a member of a multi-account group and for involvement in cross-account rule violations.
Falcor: 750,000 for using two multi-accounts while an FPC member

We remind all users that suspicious activity must always be reported to the FPC.

Come on, look at the giro and you see that I tried to ride against dreizehn in some stages, but then ended up in a situation where alkworld and dreizehn worked together against me. So in the end I cooperated with dreizehn for stages and decided not to fight him for GC, also cause I couldn't fight him alone and I had no coop from toher. this was the best outcome for me. This tour was not a 19h tour.

Please don't talk about something, that you didn't even follow and search for excuses why teams are successful. I will always ride for my best interests, like most people here. And cooperation is a part of it, yes. As you see in most races too. We also have that chat for this and you can read about everything.

And about community: most or all of these people punished, me included, are contributing greatly to this community. Helping out rookies, mentoring, designing races, giving valuable feedback and initiating discussions to improve the game.

Apart from Quick (which is as Roby describes), the others seem suspicious to me if they register for a race tomorrow - do I have to report that?

A warning and ban of the farmer team is a softer punishment in my eyes. And also handled like that in the past. Of course didn’t mean he’s not guilty at all. Let’s say I agree with you about the softer punishment.. in what way ever :)

As I have already said, I believe the punishments are far too lenient considering the seriousness of what happened. A fine of 250k or 400k does not even represent one week of gameplay.

We are talking about players who were members of the FPC, judged other people, actively looked for multi and banned accounts, only to end up having multi themselves. On top of that, they were part of a group where they discussed and coordinated the activity of those accounts.

During that period, they repeatedly ruined races, regularly finishing between the top 1 and top 5 in Division 1 and achieving extraordinary results in major events. ( you would have to be blind not to notice the massive cooperation between Falcor and Tuk during the 2026 Giro. Just look at stage 7, for example, it was absolutely ridiculous.)

Considering the scale of the advantage they gained, the impact on the races and the fact that some of them were FPC members, I do not understand how such small fines can be considered an appropriate punishment.

I think most of my frustration comes from how lenient the punishments were. Especially when, the very next day after the announcement, DONTO was already pointing out that the same circus was still going on.

I would actually separate Quick from the others in this situation.

He was honest, admitted what he had done and fully accepted responsibility for it. In my opinion, what he did was relatively minor. He probably just wanted to maintain a decent ratio on his Quick account, while not having enough time to properly play or stay fully invested in the game for a year.

He made a mistake, owned up to it and, as far as I know, never really coordinated or cooperated with other players.

The marks is little dude, 16 years ago we had a kind of "Italian chat" Auxilium Torino, Pirati, Doria, Club Nautico, Myself, Mosca, even Luques. We were all in the same Skype chat and used to, talk about long time programs, stages and shit. I'm not saying that we played as "one unique team" But ofc if you were here at time you know that in the end every Italian quit this game because of Aux that asked always to be pulled, helped, something like "I made you now you race against me"
Than I agree being in touch make easyer to have the same kind of rider in the same kind of tour, have an escape with your friends make it easy, as controll the peloton. But untill they are things that you can arrange due to chat, having a private chat only helps to make it faster

Are we going to close Discord + ban every player in touch via private channels?

I repeat, I'm not saying that Mosca, Luques and others Italian had illegal arrangments, but ofc, this kind of things are always been here, and probably will never ends. (About the AIN tour, the main problem is they have 2 strong leaders so in the end the position would be the same)

ok, but I think this case here is not about cooperating in a tour or race - maybe some cheeky "dreiste(in german)" answers want to create something like that. It's about multi+FPC member. Except in the case of Quick, I can't discern any insight into having done anything wrong. On the contrary.

What does this mean? Being a member of a group would mean there's other members, but nobody else has been fined for being a member of a group. Or does it just mean that he had many multis?
The guys who got the fines minus QUICK

Seems like he is trying to throw Ol under the bus again or what? There was no evidence for that if it is that sabotage he is talking about. + if it is trumpism then we have to be worried cause that would mean the current FPC has shut an eye or defended a lot of their own friends

I would say with the guidelines around fines (which could be put higher in theory) the FPC has done it pretty decent. I can't really complain about the fines cause of the rules they have. Except one maybe cause the weird accounts that got banned and i think weird to prove wrong doing and innocence and such. But overall the FPC has done what was expected of them and got the information together and used it. I think correctly.

So i would say overall good job FPC (+ Admins)

Perhaps you misunderstood me? It's like Trumpism when someone responsible for fair play, as an executive, breaks the rules themselves. What did they do before this was public knowledge? Did any of them say "sorry"? I couldn't find it. Like Kings ;) Are all the punishments they handed out to be taken seriously? Or not? tell me if you know. Do they play tomorrow?
