Re: May 2014
I'm not too convinced by the money trail you laid parallel to the Giro.
Dunkerque to Belgium, one tour after the other.
Reality
Dunkerque 7-11 California 11-18
Norway 21-25
Belgium 28-01, Bayern 28-01
To avoid the overlap you put California one day back. Ok there. With our lower numbers probably a good idea. Then offer 4 each of those, seems logical. Only one day, so ok.
But Belgium and Bayern not parallel, but one after the other? Bad solution. I mean it's fully 100% parallel... why change it here. What's next, let's start the real season in January and finish in Dec because we put no real races parallel, but just one after the other?
Keep them parallel and just offer 3 editions each. 10-18/19-22 and 15-21-24 or something like that. The busy evening gets 21-22 can chose both, everybody else 1 edition. Can't have everything.

I am not happy with this solution too.Robyklebt wrote:But Belgium and Bayern not parallel, but one after the other? Bad solution. I mean it's fully 100% parallel... why change it here. Some wanted it this way, I personly prefere the parallel solution.
I must take a decision till this evening.

Parallel version seems good to me.
Anyone on Dunkerque at the moment ? I do not have much time, but I could do 1-2stages today/tomorrow if someone helps to do others, that cold be done fast.

Some prefer Bayern than Belgique, some prefer Bayern + Belgique at the same time, but nobody was against Belgique + Bayern with just 3 fields.lesossies wrote:I am not happy with this solution too.Robyklebt wrote:But Belgium and Bayern not parallel, but one after the other? I don't know who will draw Belgium Baloise Tour, but for people who want put their form :
Stage 1 = flat
Stage 2 = hilly
Stage 3 = flat TT (17km)
Stage 4 = probably the same than last year
Stage 5 = hilly, last difficulty at 17 km of the finish

Re: May 2014
The May 2014 preview is now on : http://www.cycling4freaks.com/radsport/may2014b.pdf
Notice that Dunkerque and the GIRO are overlapping !
You cannot ride the Giro if you ride Dunkerque
The Giro should come tomorrow morning !
Belgique will come later

Re: May 2014
Bayern, Californien, Norway .... no tour in the afternoon between 14-16 o'clock ?
California 11, 17, 20 and 22 (3 in the evening?)
Bayern and Norway (2 in the evening)
perhaps 1 of 3 possible?

Re: May 2014
Here are the Norway stages with correct circuits at the end.
Also, stages are a bit shorter because I cut the parade kms in early stages.
Stage 1 is somehow ok, lazy to do it again for almost nothing to change except few kms.
For stage 3, leso can you change final kms into exact % :
I checked, I find more or less the same, last km 4 or 5 ?
My version would be:
2/1/1/3/4/2/4/5/5
Will re-do stage 5 final circuit tomorrow maybe.

And again my Question/Request!
The 1-Day-Races during the Giro are getting 5 times over the day!
Bayern+Norway only 3 times ... maybe 3 times are enough, but hope one of Bayern or Norway starts at 14-16 o'clock.
Or what is the reason not to start in afternoons?
Dont think iam the only starter there ... ok, i have no license ...
But would be nice, if i get an answer from the chief or better perhaps a timechanging.
