Definitively, we don't need this Tropicale which overlap with January Tour, Tour des Paves and TDU !!luques wrote:January Calendar (Just taking inspiration from last year calendar):
01/01 GP Letzebuerg
02/01 - 13/01 January Tour (will discuss after about it)
13/01 - 19/01 La Tropicale Amissa Bongo (2.1)
14/01 - 18/01 Tour des Paves (MTP Pavè approved?)
19/01 - 24/01 Tour Down Under 2014 (2.UWT)
20/01 - 26/01 Tour de San Luis (2.1)
29/01 - 02/02 New Zealand Cycle Classic (2.2)
Working on...
Why not :luques wrote:January Calendar (Just taking inspiration from last year calendar):

First stage looks like the same of last year.Rockstar Inc wrote:profiles for san luis: http://www.toursanluis.com/etapas/
OK Hunsrück saw it too.Pokemon Club wrote:stage 9 and 10 are the same for Venezuela
I notice it only now, but yes maybe a stage with some sieb on hills would have been nice for less repetition and more favos/outsiders2) The pavé tour looks good. I'm missing a hilly stage
4 times for paves tour looks good. Last year we had 5 times, 4 group between 7 and 9 teams, 1 at 14, maybe better if groups are a little bigger. For San Luis and TDU 5 times looks okay. No problem to have big group else if it was overlaping, not the same profil of teams will ride these tours, so no need to down San Luis at 4 times I thinkolmania wrote:I notice it only now, but yes maybe a stage with some sieb on hills would have been nice for less repetition and more favos/outsiders2) The pavé tour looks good. Anyway, I guess it's almost too late to adapt one stage as far as it's already in the calendar and some probably set their forms.
We skip Tachira, ok.
4times for SanLuis and 5 for DownUnder is ok, or too much ?
Same question about the 5times for the pave tour, will the groups be consistent enough ? knowing that many teams with strong flat guys (= strong pave skill) will be with their sprinters in Venezuela ... would be sad to see 3-5teams groups on pave ...
venezuela 02.01 -> 13.01skull wrote:@olmania

New Zealand Cat.2 ?
Really ?
It is a pretty shitty race and we are not off-season anymore.

I cannot follow you, you dont take the 13h races in account, which I count for the early afternoon but you count the 11h races which are more late morning.Robyklebt wrote: What do this numbers mean? The participation in the morning, 9-11 vs the afternoon, 14-16
Mpuwhatever, clearly the star tour of the month had more participants in the morning. So it's only logic that in January we get this
7 stage races for the morning, 9-11. Every single one
4 stage races for the afternoon.
Then, I dont understand what you mean, Sorry.Robyklebt wrote:Ok, now I take the 13h stage races in account.
There were 0 of them. Happy?
