But in my insignificant opinion it is really unfair if a team is registering for a one day race, but takes not part in the race (and that day for day). Or a team is riding a tour and he is only there if is possible to get a good place in the field, thats unfair too. But that is my opinion, nobody must share it

why is team red-black-troussers unfair when he registers for a one-day-race and is taken out at 60% of the race?

i agree with the second part...offline whole race, coming back at the last hill or for the finish with a possible stagewinner in his team...

Yeah but with a possible stagewinner in the team and not online he might also change the race. Nobody knows if she shows up again. If he is the "main favo" its hard for other teams to decide how to ride. if they make tempo the whole stage and than he shows up they are fucked in most cases, if they dont and nobody does they are fucked too. Yeah its the same when he is on and doesnt ride but its different.

personally i don't care what rating i get from XY, some teams do care...chartreuse does in this case i guess...so he got, in his opinion, a negative note without reason and in the first anger he yelled at heidfeld...not nice, but for me not soooo bad to give a fine or sth like that
