ChartreuseCycle insults HeidfeldFanclub Tachira st.4 9 am

Without comment, just read this in the post-race chat after CC beeing off three days in a row...

"ChartreuseCycle: what is the point to put -1/-2 for being off ??? sorry to have a girlfriend during WE + a meeting at work this morning. fuck you Heidfeld, you are a damned sucker"

and so what?

giving negative fairness notes for being offline is almost a violation of the fairness rules too...ok not directly fairness rules...but an possible abuse of the fairnessrating....

did he set offlineattacks or sprints while he was offline?

there is kind of unfair acting if the manager doesnt mention he/she is off and maybe suspected to be the main favo or so, or beeing off wearing yellow or whatsoever. dont know if its really unfair, not in the case of against the rules but it could change the race if someone tells it before the race

I am not sure, but perhaps Heidfeld just wanted to mention the following terms:
fuck you Heidfeld, you are a damned sucker
?

A bit off topic: That is exactly why the thread-titles in the fairness section should be clear and self-explanatory like: "ChartreuseCycle insulting at xy-race" or "ChartreuseCycle with unfair behavious at xy-race". Or at least then write a clear start posting: What whas the fairness breach, state evidence.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

True. I don't care about giving feedbacks, even it is funny he gave a -3 to orny at day one for beeing offline... I just wanted to quote that insult, thought that was clear, sorry, for beeing not exactly enough.

Seriously...

Heidfled you started this kindergarten game and now you come to complain ??? Unbelievable...

It is easy to copy/paste: "fuck you Heidfeld, you are a damned sucker" without the line just after where I explain why, I said that.
I have been OFF on saturday, sunday and monday, because I can not manage during week-end (thanks to my girlfriend...) and from time to time during weeks I can not connect because I have meetings (thanks Airbus, I know I am playing at work and it's not good :) )

Every single day, I am not connected, Heidfled coming back with a fairness vote -2, -1... Come on, at the end it is boring.

Now I am not narrow-minded, no problem for me to start from a clean sheet with you Heidfeld. Moreover, to me you managed well today and you deserve your Gelb.
Good luck for the remaining part of the race, but please stop assessing me with your weird fairness criteria

Sorry but i have to tell two opinions of me

1) A minus vote in fairness is not a reason to call someone a "damned sucker" or to say "fuck you" to him. It is his opinion and if he doesn't insult you, there is no reason to insult him.

2) If you know, that you are offline minimum three of ten stages, then you shouldn't register for the tour. I can understand Heidfeld, that he is a bit annoyed, when a team is several days offline without saying anything.

It is your good right thinking my fairness votes are not right, but it is like I always do, first day off 0, second day -1... Which makes it a bit strange is that you gave orny a -3 on day one by yourself for beeing offline. How does this fit together? Also, giving me a -3 today for insulting you? I didn't say a word in chat about or to you do, which was quite easy, cause you were off 80% off the race... Better "touch your own nose", if you know what I mean.

At the end I don't care about that fairness voting at all, but I don't like to be insulted. Thats why I posted this, not because of fairness votes.

1) I agree and I apologize for that but as I said before (please read it again) he put me -2, -1 in order to make me nervous and it worked, I felt a bit upset by this. This kind of behaviour is to me not an exemple of fairness

2) I was not favo or something like that and it is quite a long tour, being OFF during three stages wont influence anything. Moreover some other teams are offline since the beginning, my case is nothing compare to that

Thank you for your opinion Woddeltown but if it is not relevant, please dont "put oil on the fire" for nothing.
HeidfeldFanclub wrote: gave orny a -3 on day one by yourself for beeing offline.
If you refer to 2) just before, it is a different case, myself and Orny were clearly favo in a flat stage with both 94/93 sprinters, I tried to handle the race alone but it was impossible. By being Offline, Orny changed the race 100%. I put -3 with explanation, no insult it was okay.
Just a small reminder you insulted me of "sucker" for attacking in the last few km of this same race while I was doing tempo in front of the peloton. You were upset and insulted me, I didnt create a thread for that...

One more time, I will not stop my opinion on this accident. Let's ride and have a new start.

Exactly to the one who bothers. And as every "world" is individual, not everybody as the same low moral standard than you :P

Or how Allagen (how ironic) used to say : "Es sinkt für sie heute Abend: Das Niveau"

Btw, in this case I also think that a "please don't take fairnes votes serious" is enough. Maybe also take a "fuck you" not very serious, only if it is followed by a really mean word like "asshole" or "motherfucker", etc. Not like "sucker" (well, in depends on the context...)
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

THERE IT IS...the damn missuse of the fairness-voting....Woddle is also a perfect example for giving negative notes for being offline...

Negative FAIRNESS-RATING is for breach of rules, for insults or stuff like that...not for being offline or when you don't like the other one..

so everybody who gives +3 with the statement "Nice to race with you" is also missuse? for what should we give + or -, there is no real criteria for that.

For this case, it is completely irrelevant how you should use the fairnes rating. The only question is: is the mentioned term in the start posting worth a penalty or not. If yes, the penalty may differ because of the context of the case ("mildernde umstände"), if there are any. If no, it doesn't matter anyway.

So please continue the discussion about the fairness rating somewhere else.

I state my opinion again. No penalty. Ignore fairness ratings. Don't bother too much about a simple "fuck you", but also stop thinking it is appropriate language or common langauge use.

true...also the same opinion...just ignore it when it doesn't happen day after day

maybe in the topics of the fairness-forum only FK-Memebers, the threadopener and the team who's accused to have done something bad should write...

For being offline in a one day race or being offline or being offline several days in a tour (without saying anything)...in my opinion it is unfair behaviour, especially when the field of a race is splitted up.

God i hate English
I know what i want to say in German, but i can not translate it in a way, that everyone knows what i want to say. Damn stupid Woddle

Seriously: in my way of understanding your quote of the rules, it should be prohibited to give a teamchef a minus-vote because he is not riding in the way you like.
Okay, that is sth that i can understand and will underwrite it. But i guess everybody has the day, when anyone is annoying him and in affect he gives a minus-vote for it.
Also teams who didn't participate in the race with the minus-vote, don't know the exact context why anyone had given a minus vote.

But concerning offline teams: in a tour it is always possible, that you do not find a sitter or you have a last minute term which makes it possible for you to participate in the race. That is no problem.
But in my insignificant opinion it is really unfair if a team is registering for a one day race, but takes not part in the race (and that day for day). Or a team is riding a tour and he is only there if is possible to get a good place in the field, thats unfair too. But that is my opinion, nobody must share it

im Grunde ja...Fairnessrating ist seit ner Weile ja eh nur noch n reines Sympathierating geworden...du gefällst mir +1, dich mag ich und du hast gewonnen +3...usw.

btw...discussion is offtopic, sry for german and offtopic in this thread...let's stop it...makes no sense anyway...but maybe buhmann can rewrite the fairness-rating finally to a sympathy-rating...

why is team red-black-troussers unfair when he registers for a one-day-race and is taken out at 60% of the race?

i agree with the second part...offline whole race, coming back at the last hill or for the finish with a possible stagewinner in his team...
