Nonsense names

I often find nonsense names on the transfer market, like CrazY Lulu and ASF SSS and SDF GHD (which are names). Is there any way to change their names when they are sold? I'd think that all people that do not have a nationality when they are sold (which ridiculous names) loose their name when they are sold and can get a new nationality. That way, you don't prevent these riders to be bought because people don't like to buy them because of their names.
