Naming new riders

I thought, you have to name your new riders before you can participate in a race, and I think this would be good.

Actually between Lausanne and Lausanne (19h, Field 2), there is a new team, it looks like this:

RCS Cylcling (also this is horrible...)
<ohne Namen 275421>
<ohne Namen 279210>
<ohne Namen 275432>

and so on...

For the first race you need not give the riders names. And that is necessary.
