Is it a bug or we are going to race around tdf rules forever?

I am pretty confident, that I found the reason why the TTT was still working wrongly.

But I guess we will have to wait until GP de Papeete to see if it is really fixed.

I am quite sure this was always a one day race issue. As I read it it is just the 1 rider ruling for tdf ruleset now
