Now that the hangover from the Australian East Coast Tour is gone, it's time to look ahead. World Tour is back!! We started TDU yesterday without much ambition. No sprinter, no climber, so Jensen can try to get a stage and we hope to get some money and have fun in the breakaways.

Lineups for the coming month (cat3 and up):

See you on the road!

1 YEAR OF FALCOR (CC)!

Tomorrow marks 1 year since we rode our first ever race on rsf! Here's a small recap and an overview of our achievements in our first year on the game:

We started with a false note - our first ever race was abandoned, since our manager didn't realise it was an online race yet, thinking a race was simmed or whatever. We are there in our second race though, a cat1 fantasy race parallel to the UAE tour. Furpach and Allagen are the first teams to welcome us to the game, a moment we'll never forget. With a weak autodrafted team we learn a lot in our first few races and decide to get some help. Luckily, some of the best managers in the game offer their help. Special shoutout to Alpacas, Bearclaw, Taka and Dreizehn for their initial help, and then another shoutout to Tuk and RfM for completing a very long list of mentors :).

Back to racing! We got a little better everyday, resulting in our first ever win exactly one month after our actual first race. Enno Oper, still a fan favorite, profits from a field split in Milano Torino to get our first ever win and palmares entry. Our second palmares entry and first jersey win come from that same Oper, with a mountain jersey in Catalunya, still in our first full month in the game. Pierre Audette is our first ever transfer, a nice, weaker sprinter that helped learning out how that all works. He got us a nice third place in the Scheldeprijs for our third palmares entry, before later getting sold. Meanwhile, Jordan Henkey had joined our team and is now our longest tenured rider. Despite not having a win yet, he did get a p2 in Paris-Tours for his only palmares entry.

As we're still learning how to build a proper team in March, selling our auto generated riders one by one, we stumble upon a nice young trio: Michael Redrocks, Thibault Kerken and Magnus Jensen joined the team and are still our main leaders to this day! Jan Stevens joined as well for some flat help and to keep our salaries low, but we later stupidly sold him with our selling triggerfinger.

in April, we thank Pierre for his services and replace him with Nikola Kozomara, our first actually good sprinter. More on him later. A 22yo Redrocks wins us our first ever white jersey in the Giro d'Abruzzo and his mentor Oper gets a beautiful p2 in la Fleche. Still no win in a non-split field at that point though, but with the addition of Pierre Wolf, coming over from Chemnitz, our team is taking shape nicely.

May, oh May. What a month! We start off early with our first win in a 'complete' field, as Kozomara won Dresden-Trnova, a fun little cat1 race. Meanwhile, we are very excited to start the Giro with a young Redrocks as our leader and white contender. To describe that Giro in the words of Borat: Great success! Kozomara starts us off with a sprint win in stage 6, before a still only 23yo Redrocks wins stages 11 and 20. Iron Man Michael Goris, the only rider besides Oper to retire on our team from the autodraft, upsets Hansa in stage 12. 4 Giro stage wins, 5 total stage wins in May and we cap it off with a white jersey and a p5 overall for young Mike in the Giro. We also added cheap turned flat monster Loïc Callard to the team!

No 'real' stage wins in June, although Jensen wins his first stage in Denmark, becoming the national champ. Redrocks adds another white jersey in the Dauphine. At this point, the team got the tast of GTs and decided to start building the GT team for 2026, starting off with Giacomo Sartore, a wurst who decided he hated training. We sold him in December.

TDF time! We started with double leaders Oper and Redrocks, the latter now 25 and not in the white hunt anymore. We managed to get 2 stage wins, one with Wolf and one with Oper, as Oper also managed to get on the GC podium, our first ever! In August, our then big 3 (Redrocks-Jensen-Kozomara) all manage to get a stage win, surpassing double digits in that regard for our total. Redrocks leads the team in La Vuelta and manages to get a new team best, ending second behind he who must not be named. Mehdi Deman, our last victim from the auto generated team, Stevens and Wolf get sold in August and Domingo Cruz joined the team. Despite not training, Cruz is now nearing his prime and will be crucial in our GT push this year. He also managed to win a tour de Pavé stage at a very young age, probably our craziest palmares entry. We also add diamond Dave Barlington, already my favorite cheap of all time.

We're getting a little less green behind the ears in the fall, adding Cesare Baddetti, Max Dokker and Jack Napier, who are all still contributing to the teams successes today! After helping Redrocks to p2 in Lombardia, Oper retired. The first ever ex-rider of Falcor. We will not be listing the palmares entries of the off season, not because there's a lot of them, but because we don't really care enough. Redrocks won 3 Andes stages though. Pretty nice, but of course his gc was over pretty early because of the ridiculous downhill in that tour.

Around the year change, some pretty big milestones happened for the team. Kozomara and Goris retired, joining Oper as the first ever Falcor icons. We grabbed Antonio Diego first, before selling Sartore to get our GT leader for 2026 in Luca Parri. After the transfer carousel, Jensen managed to win us our first ever tour and a pretty big one: the Australian East Coast Tour, aka January Tour 2026. Dokker started us off with the first stage win of 2026 in a fantasy race, followed by a first World Tour stage win from Jensen in the UAE tour yesterday. Joseph Kawzyk, a co-leader for the spring classics, and Walker Drury, a real cheap, got the honor of being the latest transfers in our first year.

IL PARTIGIANO WINS HIS FIRST

Bella Ciao on repeat, one Italian dancing on the table and the other singing along loudly. Maxi Dokker facetiming with a glass of champagne in his hand.

Just one day after the teams 1 year anniversary, Luca Parri's first win ignited a big party in the hotel. The 22yo went on a quest to get bonifications with his roommate Cesare and came back with the stage win, the green jersey and the white jersey. Cesare in prime form was the perfect wingman and got rewarded with the combativity award. After a white jersey and a mountain jersey earlier this month, this first win now makes Luca's palmares look quite nice at his young age. Maybe the party lasted a little too long, as Luca and Cesare didn't look too fresh at breakfast, but Luca will be all ready to go again tomorrow in the climbing stage and to fight to defend that white jersey!

See you on the road!
