The good
Nothing to write about. At least our 3 95%+ trainings hit and Kozo gets cheaper, I guess.

The bad
Kerki downhill, should probably cover it. Goris -3 including his first flat, ok for 36.
Moving on to what we don't see on the list: Callard 0/3 on 50/50 trainings for MO. Dokker no double at 77%. No Barlington training, no Baddetti double. Henkey joins the Traininsverweigerer.

The ugly
Sartore 0/3 at 24, now missing a 96%, 2 x 76% and 53% in his last 4 trainings. It seems he wants to stay a 66-78 forever and join the trainingsverweigerer club at the ripe age of 27!

Overall our worst training so far, by far.

Uru -4, keeps mountain, cool
Taiaroa -5, now full program at 37. He held up well so far, so ok too.
Roy -1 only at 37, same age as Taiaroa, excellent this Roy
Glück loses only TT at 35
Dixon only flat at 34
Ganambarr sprint at 33 not ideal, with the pavé tour coming, but better than flat really. So ok too.

The oldies nice once again I have to say.

+
Starts with a minus, Vigni, sprint, down to 56, twice in a row, now probably not worth trying to keep it,... planned to stay at 58 ideally, put a training from next month, but ok, down to 55 seems ok too.
Iskanderov finally mountain again, 82 now, good this time
Ousland flat, 79, not an untalented pavé guy either I discovered, so good.
Lafuente double, nice, 73-56 now. Flat still not enough, but well, start at 54 looks like he'll be too low anyway.
Kotibaruly double, 49-74 now

Thanks to Iskanderov and doubles good training, the oldies good too.

Very happy. Just one thing, how will I be able to live without a 90 flat guy? But seriously, Hsien expected, Allan likely, but still perfect in climbing. Jonas exceptional, and Adriaan now in monster territory. Apart from his downhill the main problem is, that he will be 34 in March and 35 in April. Down-training not so good with Sophus now looking like one of those low flat sprinters that nearly never win anything. Lauri losing flat, but I will not complain about a 36-year-old 89 flat rider.

Another very long one. Overall quite good, but I still feel very sad.
Voloshyn -5 as expected, can't complain there. Kholdorkhonov only -3 this time and only losing 1 important skill. Sapielak -2 also ok, but losing flat not ideal. Toktybay absolutely disgusting, losing all 3 of his main skills. Makhamadzhonov even worse, after losing flat and downhill earlier this month he follows up with losing mountain.
Uptraining looking much better. Baranok to 90 flat very nice, but also kind of pointless. Karatay motivated by his win yesterday trains to 71 mountain to make him a bit less disappointing. Nebyla losing TT to become cheaper and also training mountain. Dosmagambetov with a risky double is great, now I'm not sure which skill to focus on. Others uptraining as expected.
Overall very good uptraining combined with disappointing downtraining

Lautaro and Manfred surprising, Zenobio and Urs expected. But Ricardo is stuck at 83 flat and Rik at 84... Anyway, still time until spring 2026, but so far, all the hope lies on Wim Wijkstra, who will join in November...

2025-10-27 Max Dokker Sprint +1
The good
Kozo and Goris get cheaper to cap off a very good downtraining month. Kozo loses just 1 flat points and no sprint at 35, Goris 1 flat point at 36 while both get significantly cheaper. Callard and Sartore FINALLY take their 50% trainings, both 1/4 to at least somewhat save their training month. Barlington goes up again on ~25% after a slower month, Baddetti survives his 9x% trainings this month. Cruz takes his last 100%.

The bad
Dokker again no double, misses 2 65%+. Glad I switched him from flat to sprint main for this last training at least. +3FL +3SP on his first month, not horrible, but not ideal either.

The ugly
Nothing to report here, what a great day!

Uru -4, keeps TT this time.
Taiaroa only -2
Roy going more in with -4, keeps TT too.
Glück -1 flat at 35 down to 83 now
Dixon downhill, doesn't matter
Ganambarr doesn't really matter either.

+
Winzenried sprint, we would prefer flat, but take sprint with pleasure too, 63 sprint after all is better than 62
Vigni, another sprint lost, the question about covering is moot now. 55 it is.
Iskanderov good, 83 at the end of 23, we would like 84 or 85, but well, after missing the first 2 of course we're very happy with the 2 last training
Ousland at 100%, logic, 80 flat, will continue flat next month, good for Kebede and we found out also for Winzenried.
Lafuente, the 100% only, which is ok I guess, 74-56 now
Kotibaruly 50 mountain now, so full concentration on flat from now on.

Iskanderov trains, so good.

A very long list again, and very happy again. Marek is standing out this time, and Jonas and Allan are nice as well. Downtraining is getting extensive by now, but only for the 36-year-old guys it is bad. Sophus only keeping downhill means his future now rests on the team's decision on the Andes. Lauri finally lost the battle against his age and will spend the last three years of his career as a cheap flat helper.

Overall, Allen is brilliant, now expected to become an 83 climber. Jonas made up for his bad start and is not only slightly behind schedule in climbing, but very strong in flat. Marek and Adriaan are strong classics now. Throvald is strong as well, but in the expected range for 56-74 starting values. Myren is not the rider we hoped him to be, and the flat hopes rest on young Hsien.

The good
Long list today, and mostly good! Big headliner is Kerken of course, who probably has trained more after 25 than before at this point. Napier double, both 100%. Dokker on 94% doing what he has to do. Baddetti becoming a veeeery handy helper. Cruz already doing better than Sartore last month, starting to look real good. Goris survives 2x64% and 1x59% for downtraining, and most importantly keeps flat and mountain for the Andes start. Kozo flat and downhill not ideal, rather lose TT, but keeps his sprint, all on ~50%.

The bad
Again no unexpected training for Redrocks/Jensen, but low chance of course. Switching Henkey to flat to get in shape for Andes didn't work out, Callard missing there too, he doesn't like training too much anymore since I took him off flat. Again no uptraining for Sartore, that lazy piece of .... even downtrained TT right before the craziest TTT of his life.

The ugly
Nothing really, of course Sartores whole training history and his face are ugly in general, but this specific training not ugly enough to be out here!

Not much to complain about here. Downtraining not too bad. Only Toktybay a bit disappointing, losing mountain for a 3rd time in a row. At least Makhamadzhonov keeps his skills this time
Uptraining quite good, but not positive surprises. Nembhard finally reaching his target of 80 flat. Palamarchuk and Dosmagambetov not missing their 7x% flat trainings. Mamatkhodzhaev with a nice double and Coyotecatl also the expected double. Again would have liked a mountain training for my 60-80s or my classics, but can't have it all.

Very long again, and happy again. Having two 21-year-olds focusing on low skills helps, of course. For John 2 trainings are actually a bit below expectations, but Juha taking the 50 climbing on the first try is good. Hsien and Allan stay perfect, great, but nothing is won yet. Maybe I shouldn't tell him the last of my riders, with 13 consecutive main skill trainings, followed it up by nothing (Loup is 29 now and a nice flat helper). Another flat for Jonas is brilliant as well. Nothing from the classics this time, as they are no longer young.

Downtraining, well, the older riders do it, even Lauri now.

Nice training, now that the official cycling season is over and we're already in the offseason calendar. The young guns doing what they should do. Wim shows Ricardo how to train flat, Urs likes it too. The Fürst going for one day races mostly for the rest of his career, hence very nice to see him lose TT (getting cheaper) and gain one sprint skillpoint. The sprint department is done though. Clcedonio and Quincy will follow Alex soon into retirement I guess. Question is: Will there be a new sprint department or not?
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Very mixed feelings. Downtraining horrible. Pretty much everyone losing important skills. Makhamadzhonov down to 86 mountain a disaster.
Uptraining very good apart from one rider. Nebyla to 64 mountain is great, as is Taiwia to 88 flat. Nembhard I don't really care about. Palamarchuk is lovely, but Dosmagambetov missing out very unfortunate. Mamatkhodzhaev takes another double. 12/12 so far. Coyotecatl also not missing the 9x trainings so far.
Overall it is probably a good training, but Makhamadzhonov downtraining automatically makes it bad

The good
Back to back very good trainings. Kerken takes a second consecutive <5% MO training to now become a 73-80. Henkey trains for the first time in 5 months, taking a 16% MO training. Kozo only -1 on a non-key stat with 4 x 49% and 1 x 40% chance of downtraining. Callard also with another MO training, might get close to 55-88 in the end. Cruz does what Sartore couldn't: train MO at 24. He's now up to 69-78. Dokker survives another 9x%, Napier double 100% still.

The bad
Goris -4, keeps MO this time, but loses his second FL point at 37. Baddetti the only high % to miss, as he doesn't take another flat at 73%. Sartore of course also not training.

The ugly
Again nothing here, what a month!

Long one, trainings were shortish lately, not enough oldies. This one nice and long

Uru all 5
Roy at 38 the same, while Taiaroa keeps sprint.
Glück flat at 36, ok, but if it's only 1, did it really have to be flat?
Dixon double, TT and climbing, he's not going for GC anymore it seems. Last training, unless I forget to sell him.
Good oldies once more since Ganambarr and Lanfredini at 34-33 lose nothing.

+
Kebede mountain, now 66, change back to sprint. To be honest hoped to get to 66 or so faster with him, but ok, he's there, let's hope he gets some more sprint too, he's not young anymore actually.
Winzenried downtrains downhill, gets cheaper, yeah!
Iskanderov mountain, now 84, getting decent, good.
Ousland flat, 81 now, nice. Pavé goes up too, while Kebede helping the mountain is missing...
Lafuente double, 76-57, I'm not used to have such bad 22 year old climbers, feels weird. 57 TT, bah, it's not all that much either. Why did I buy that guy?
Kotibaruly, takes the 100% mountain, now 50-77 with 77.3 pavé. Getting there.
Kagge the logical double, 48-64, excitement around him is growing.

With Iskanderov of course a very good training. Kebede and Ousland too, excellent training even.
Kraftsystemrevision! Include the distance!
Basics reform: Give blue a chance!
Don't punish bugusers. We all have to use bugs, since most of them are declared as "features"!
Got a carrot from FL. But they threaten to take it away now.

My last trainings were lucky, but this one is not. Juha missing flat and none of the <50 % trainings. Hsien is the only positive, gaining flat with 5x %. Downtraining is bad as well. Lauri has a lot of downtraining to catch up, Johann takes only one, but the one that counts, and Andres is only keeping sprint.

Kamnitz with a mountain training is great. Miranda misses his training unfortunately, I think he is disappointed that I didn't ride Andes. Schultz and Adem with doubles is also great after both missed 9x% trainings yesterday. Lisa and Trabelsi missed >50% trainings.

Uru still around, had planned to sell him before this training... ok, then before the next one. -5 anyway
Taiaroa and Roy at 38 both -4, keep sprint and downhill respectively...
Glück loses climbing 46 left, only good for the countless complete flat races we have right now, good timing to get old
Ganambarr flat and pavé, not our favorite to lose, but then there's nothing important left for him anyway.
Lanfredini very bad, double, downhill and flat at 33. Especially flat hurts.

For once not too happy with the oldies, lately they were good, this time all trained, and especially Lanfredini and to some degree Ganambarr hurts.

+
Onkelinx now 58 mountain, but at 30 it's a bit late. Hoped to get him to 60, by now doesn't even matter much anymore
Ousland flat, good, now 82
Lafuente takes his 98% mountain, For the next training we don't take the 95% but go to 100%. Better safe than sorry.
Kotibaruly flat, 78 with 78 pavé now, Winzenried helper developing nicely, but well, with 100% not that difficult
Kagge double, Winzenried helper for after Roubaix or something, takes his double, 49-65 with 68.3 pavé. Stays cheap.

Nothing between 23 and 30, always nice to get something there, Iskanderov, Vigni, Gallego, Winzenried, Kebede.. just one would make it a good training, like this we have Onkelinx and Ousland a bit thin. Pavé team is getting there, actually have too many soon, since I keep buying pavé stars now, and discovered that Ousland is a decent helper in the middle-high 70es there too.
Internal pavé:
Winzenried 82
Ousland 63
Kotibaruly 78
Kagge 76
Bonjour 79
By April hope to have Kotibaruly at 85+ flat so 82.9+, Ousland 1 or 2 more flat, so 77+, Kagge let's say at a useless 77 flat, makes it 76.7, and no clue what I want to do with Bonjour actually.

Very good, especially the downtraining part. No one loses their main skill, not even Kholdorkhonov. Really nothing to complain about there.
Uptraining also good. Mengisteab almost getting to classic levels of mountain. Still would prefer the actual classics to train, but still good. Then again a ton of flat training. Taiwia to 89 at only 25 years. Lovely, may switch him to something else from here on. Palamarchuk and Dosmagambetov both not missing their 60-70% trainings and looking very good now. Then the expected trainings for Mamatkhodzhaev and Coyotecatl.
Lovely training, nothing to complain about at all
