Here we go into "allowed words" territory again.
Schappy clearly has the intention of insulting Taka here. And is under the impression that if he uses "loser", he won't be fined since Taka once wasn't for the same word. Completely ignoring context, whatever that might have been in this earlier decision. Here Schappy wasn't even in the race, that I remember, but posted it completely unprovoked in the spectators chat. (HM, Taka winning, I think I'll be able to find the race, he can't be winning that often) Ha, easy, (even if Taka wins more than he should) 08-14
As said, Schappy not in the race but feels the need to provoke/harass/insult Taka, thinks by using a word that once wasn't sanctioned in the past he won't be fined. This is an egregious case IMO. There is no sensible explanation for this message in which Schappy's goal wasn't to provoke/insult/harass Taka. Taka posted nothing objectionable in the race chat. This Schappy message in the spectators chat was completely unprovoked. It shows cold blooded intent to cause emotional harm to Taka. Which seems to have failed, since Taka claims it doesn't really bother him, but he's just pointing out the hypocrisy of it. I here say that maybe it did cause emotional harm to Taka, but maybe he doesn't want to show it since he might feel it makes him come accross as weak. Maybe I'm wrong, but we shouldn't just take Taka's word for it. So maybe Schappy's attempt didn't fail. Whatever the success of this cold blooded attempt, it also shows that the whole "holier than you, we want a clean chat" attitude by Schappy might just be a façade, Schappy himself here seems to feel extremely comfortable insulting another user, as long as he knows, or thinks to know, that he won't be held accountable for it. The combination of these 2 factors IMO make this here a very grave case.
A very blatant case of somebody trying cold bloodedly harm and insult another user. If we are serious about our clean friendly sterilized chats and forums, this can't be let go. I'm sure Schappy himself will support this too, after all he has shown remarkable and commendable effort in trying to make sure there are no insults or provocations in the game. Or I'm right and it's just a façade, an attempt to fine people he doesn't like. Here it's either or. He wants a clean game, then he will publicly plead guilty and support my demand for punishment. Or he will plead innocent, exposing his campaign as a charade. Will the real Schappy please stand up?
