Another good one! All youngsters again with double trainings besides going risk there. Kamnitz reaching 71 mountain is good, one more to go!

Very short...
Bucquoy keeps sprint, good man
Uru -3 at 36
Taiaroa mountain, not his strength anyway, but with this Vuelta shouldn't be a problem
Roy shows why he wasn't selected to the Vuelta, only 81 flat now, from 66-85 to 65-81 at 35

+
Vigni flat, now 83, missed 2 this month, so ok but not great.
Iskanderov the safe mountain, 77-59 now, missed the 65%, but 4-3 at 21 is ok

Very short training, means oldies good, the others less, we're not too happy about this one really.

Seems like just not commenting at all helped a bit.
First good training in a while to at least make it an average month. Downtraining horrible, but doesn't matter too much.
Arlooktoo will definitely get sold soon after losing all of his important skills this time. Kholdorkhonov losing TT just before the Vuelta TTT also not good. Baltabekov down to 74 downhill not great, but could be worse.
Uptraining finally good. Piskun and Baltabekov both train, which is quite important and with good timing before it gets serious at the Vuelta.
Everyone else pretty much as expected and no one missing any 80+% trainings. Overall quite happy with this one

The good
-No downtraining! (Goris 25% chance on all except flat, Kozo/Oper keep everything too)
-Jensen 73-76-75 with 61SP
-Callard highest flattie in the teams history
-Redrocks training, but the wrong skill!
-Cruz double (expected)
-Dave 3/3 since joining the team

The bad
-Henkey 0/4 in August
-Kerken not hitting 80FL yet, ok, 2/4 on ~30%, can't really complain

The ugly
Sartore 93% MO missed, on top of his 0/4 FL trainings this month at 22 (45%)...

Another meh training. No rider trained under 85%

Mitlehner at least trained his second flat of 4 with around 90-% possibility.

Léopold missed his first TT. 4/4 mountain and 3/4 TT in his first month.

Koch only 1/3 flat trainings. Stuck at 78 flat now, at least he took every >95% mountain training.

We are still waiting for some luck in training since our comeback in January.

Better training again, Jonas and Allan with a double, and Lauri is absent from the list. He wants to retire with 91 flat at the age of 39.

Over the whole month, Allan was perfect, Jonas could make up some of the bad training with 21. The classics are generally good at mountain and a bit below expectations in flat. Thorvald is now below expectations in everything. Flat team is around expectations, and for Myron, there are no excuses; his overall training is really bad now.

I m based on what i see in game. Quick filter for classics with mini 68mont and 75 flat. There is 295 results, and 73 got 73mont+, so only 25%

You have to consider starting values and also how many of them were not bought at 21

If I train a 73 climber on flat, he doesn't reach 88 mnt either. If you train a 56-74 to become a 66-88 it is not a failed training. But with your "method" he would be in the bad 50%

2025-09-05 Giacomo Sartore Climbing +1
2025-09-05 Dave Barlington Flat +1
2025-09-05 Domingo Cruz Climbing +1
The good
-Redrocks now an 86-63 after he takes the 5%. Perfect for his p2 ambitions in Vuelta!
-Kerken up to 68-80 after he takes a 17%, his 4th flat training of the last 6, all on <35%. A late bloomer!
-Barlington is yet to miss a training since joining the team. Now 80 flat and he basically rides for free!

The bad
-Can't really complain because of the 5% and 17% here... Obviously hope for Jensen, Callard, Henkey trainings, but we'll take this any day!

The ugly
-While Sartore and Cruz hit their 100% and 98% mountain training, Cruz misses flat, which brings our all time record for 22yo classics to train their secondary skill at ~45% to 1/13...

Iskanderov mountain Ousland double.

High contrast to the last training as there is much going on. Unfortuantely some downtrainings as well, fortunately nothing really important, although it hurts to see Alex getting old. But it seems Quincy wants to fill his footsteps. Don't think he can though.

Rik heared me saying he should get to at least 85 flat until the spring 2025, Santiago wants to be there too as an old man according to his late 88 flat. Manfred, Ricardo and Urs doing what's expected from them, good boys.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

It is hard to admit, but this time I am happy with the training. Double training for the 21, 22, and 23-year-old riders. Myron took the criticism of his training to heart and is finally at 80 sprint. Lauri is still a miracle, 35 now. Shankar is allowed to downtrain everything, preparing his well-earned retirement after 20 months at the team.
