Was the NC date discussed at any time? They're planned for the 26th, but aren't they (the real ones) actually on June 29 (Sunday)?

normaly your right to ride on the date it would happen!

But will your really change it one day before, the first race is running.
And everyone who have fun to the NC's ride less with their riders to have them on full power!

Sorry, I was quite late in publishing and I wasn't sure which ones you designed, so I only looked at the 'big' nations, but at least those should have your profiles.
