Today, Michael Harwood got 1K points with a 3rd place at the Vuelta a Manizales, the first rider on the team to do it, nobody else is close, Martin is next with around 200 points.

1K Club

In January, the team's best result was a third place in the Vuelta a Manizales. The team also had it's best GC result with a fifth place in the AlUla Tour.

Marco Fermi: Italian climber and Stage Racer with good TT, will eventually become leader of the team.

Goals for February

February

A little late, but no news, no wins, didn't really have good results. Not much else to say.
Although, Fermi is getting too expensive, will most likely be sold at some point(I am terrible at buying riders).

Transfers
None

Goals
Get my first win

March
Best result of the month was fourth at Milano-Torino with Michael Harwood, not really any other decent results besides a top 10 in Tirreno-Adriatico.

Riders Leaving
Michael Harwood
The best rider of the team, with the most eternal points, but he was old and it was time to let go and move on.

Marco Fermi
To expensive and not generating the results I wanted, so he left.

Tomas Howland
Again, he was old, and we needed to move into the future.

Riders coming in
Alex Harwood
Cousin of Michael Harwood, will become my climber and hopefully my leader.

George Roberts
Will become Classic helper

Mike Grant
Will become Classic leader and super-domestique

goals for april
Mountain Jersey at one of the four tours, good training for the 21yr olds.
