Gurruwiwi the expected -5
Vanuytsel -1 at 38, outstanding!
Lekubarri -3, including climbing
Trutat -2, flat, could have waited after PN I think, but ok, he's 36 too
Ceroni -2, the horrible double flat/climbing
Verkerk at 34 with -3, losing mountain, I hope he knows he's expected to win MSR
Blake: -1 flat in the first downtraining. Stopped at 79, now goes down with -3% (might have been higher before) at 33. And TT too, the main reason he rides PN.
+
Longbottom: Good, 58-80 now, right now my 60-80s aren't really there yet, 58-80 is progress
Chassot flat, good, loses downhill, not so good, thinking about keeping the risk a bit longer. It's 7% for flat less if I cover the downhill
Strongfellow flat, good, 86 now, downhill gone, now 60... he will keep the risk for sure, even if it's only 3% difference
Novelli: Asshole. but takes the mountain, 65-74 now. He should be at 67-7x really, or missing this training still 66. Asshole
Almirall: A nice friendly guy. 57-80, since Longbottom bottomed out at 80 flat, we'll try to get Almirall to 82+. And hope he then takes the training in mountain once we switch. But nice flat
Koopman double, the sprint wasn't really necessary, won't change much 50-72 now with 48 sprint...
Bucquoy, the 100% double. 30% flat ignored, but ok
Good training, Longbottom, Chassot, Strongfellow, all with under 50%, Novelli and Almirall where we expect 2-3 trainings this month, taking the first one is never wrong. Highest miss is Bucquoy's 30% flat, good training as I said.
