Training 27.10.2020:
Timo Tammemaa Flach: +1
Pekka Piippo Flach: +1
Bana Hassana Berg: +1
Koen Koekelkoren Berg: +1
Koen Koekelkoren Flach: +1
Uros Kovacevic Flach: +1
Yuji Nishida Berg: +1
Mixed feelings here: Timo, Pekka, Bana and Koen great. Uros as expected, but Yuji leaves out 84 % flat. Not good. At least the only real bummer in this training. The more urgent question is, what kind of rider we want to train next...
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Sebastian Hirschmoser Flach: +1

Schöning now with 2/4 on mountain, flat good
Alexandros also takes the first non 100% (it was 99%)
Warren is fantastic and the first 70(-76) classic of the new formed team

Andreas Nägele Abfahrt: -1
Andreas Nägele Zeit: -1
Andreas Nägele Sprint: -1
Ticio Bogarin Flach: -1
Ticio Bogarin Sprint: -1

Vasco Teixeira Berg: +1
Vasco Teixeira Flach: +1
Michele Apicella Berg: +1
Joan Coderch Berg: +1
Joan Coderch Flach: +1
Mikhail Stakhanov Flach: +1
Mikhail Stakhanov Abfahrt: +1
Shavkat the usual -5, he stayed one day longer just for that before retiring today :D
Armas only -4, but Nägele now goes -5
Bogarin flat and sprint gone, grr.
Hikmet sprint, no problem.
Larios downhill, which is ok.
Brotcorne in his last possible + training downtrains TT...
Messerli and Eiffel are cruel: Messerli, oh, ah no, downhill down. Next Eiffel, oh, yeah! no, him too. At least one of the 2 would have been nice in up.

+
Lanz flat, good for PR. 83,2 now, 85 flat. Would really need still a bit more to be a real favorite for PR though. But won't complain about 85 with 83.2 pavé either.
Vasco double, excellent. 56-78 now
Apicella takes the 97%,
Double Coderch, so 60-75 after 1 month
Stakhanov with the downhill in addition to the flat again, which is ok but not really necessary.

Training 27.10.2020:
Arminas Jasikonis Berg: -1
Arminas Jasikonis Zeit: -1
Gautier Paulin Berg: -1
Gautier Paulin Abfahrt: -1
Hugo Svard Berg: -1
Adrien VanBeveren Abfahrt: -1
Adrien VanBeveren Zeit: -1
Adrien VanBeveren Sprint: -1
Steve Holcombe Berg: +1
Tyler Medaglia Berg: +1
Emil Johansson Berg: +1
Wyn Masters Berg: +1
Wyn Masters Flach: +1
Minus:
- Arminas no problem as he retired today. Season is over.
- also downtrainings of Gautier, Hugo and Adrien no problem

Plus:
- Steve mtn is very nice. now 72-77. kind of a super-classic for me.
- Tyler takes over for Finn. now 60-87-79 with 25 and 83,1 pave
- Emil takes mtn. so perfect with mtn and 6 of 12 flat training. good until now, next month will be interesting.
- Wyn takes 100% mtn this time and 65% flat, good.

Bartholomäus Brandt Sprint: -1
Dries VanDerVeen Abfahrt: +1
Vojtech Varga Berg: +1

Nice double training from the new youngstar DeWit, but damn.... 23-yo Kapusta immediately skips 77% mountain and 24-yo Zevenbergen immediately skips 65% mountain and 24-yo Majerus skips 53% flat... really bad :-( ... hopefully rest of month will be better

Alexandros Karatzoglou Flach: +1

Training 5.11.2020:
Marco deLuca Berg: -1
Rafael RuizCabal Berg: +1
Luca deMarchi Berg: +1
Luca deMarchi Flach: +1
Lukas Wallnöfer Berg: +1
Lukas Wallnöfer Flach: +1

Marco with just one downtraining, but it had to be mountain. Really bad before Andes.

Rafael takes another mountain with 31. Now 76-79. Too bad it is off-season and my classics too old for the next season.

The young ones do as expected. Just Marcolli fails to take 89% flat.

Adrien VanBeveren Berg: -1
Adrien VanBeveren Flach: -1

Tyler Medaglia Flach: +1
Tyler Medaglia Zeit: -1
Emil Johansson Berg: +1
Wyn Masters Berg: +1
Otokar Kotrba Berg: +1
Otokar Kotrba Flach: +1
Minus:
- Hugo and Adrien take a lot. expected but not so nice it's flat for both.

Plus:
- TKO takes dh instead of higher % flat. could be better.
- Tyler changes tt to flat. brilliant. 60-88-79 now with 83,8 pave. even better training than Finn.
- Emil mtn nice but still high %
- Wyn takes 100% with no risk
- Otokar double to begin with. now i am scared and will probably take no risk and go for flat

Damn, I hired a bunch of training losers. They only take 100% trainings. Noone over 22 years trains...

Kapusta misses 77% mountain 2x in a row
Zevenbergen misses 65% mountain 2x in a row
Majerus misses 48% flat 2x in a row

.... grrr....

As a penalty, I will let them ride Andes

Training 12.11.2020:
Markus Wildauer Flach: -1
Markus Wildauer Abfahrt: -1
Markus Wildauer Sprint: -1
Ben Kohl Zeit: -1
Davide Celestino Abfahrt: -1
Constant Ockers Berg: +1
Constant Ockers Flach: +1
Valentin Götzinger Flach: +1
Fabian Steininger Flach: +1
Fabian Steininger Abfahrt: +1
Wildauer was expected, 74/77 now.
When I saw Kohl and Celestino appearing, I was full of hope for a uptraining - but no! Also no Pernsteiner or Tivalainen²
But Ockers really nice! 66/81/72/49/60 and 48 Reg now with middle of 24. He was really a good buy last month!

Training 12.11.2020:
Andreas Nägele Berg: -1
Andreas Nägele Flach: -1
Andreas Nägele Zeit: -1
Ticio Bogarin Flach: -1
Ticio Bogarin Sprint: -1
Orhan Hikmet Flach: -1
Orhan Hikmet Abfahrt: -1
Javier Larios Berg: -1
Javier Larios Zeit: -1
Felix Krankl Flach: -1
Baaba Faye Zeit: -1
Fabian Messerli Berg: +1
Tim Eiffel Zeit: +1
Endeavour Trewlove Flach: +1
Vasco Teixeira Flach: +1
Michele Apicella Berg: +1
Joan Coderch Berg: +1
Johann Löffel Berg: +1
Johann Löffel Sprint: +1
Forgot last week, but doesn't matter.

Larios down, 84 now.
Krankl 82 flat.
Baaba loses TT instead of training mountain
Messerli mountain, as he shold
Trewlove flat, now 85, excellent.
Vasco 79 flat now, nice.
Eiffel TT... still trying mountain, but if he ever reaches 85 there TT would be the next goal, so getting one now is nice too.
Apicella superstar, 83 mountain too now, perfect training so far. Keep training!
Coderch only mountain, hoped for the double, still had 50% flat, now back to 100% mountain, so less
Löffel double with double 100%

Good training, Apicella! Eiffel! Trewlove! Messerli!
Kraftsystemrevision! Include the distance!

Training 12.11.2020:
Marco deLuca Sprint: -1
Alejandro Betancur Abfahrt: -1
Alberto Urrutia Berg: +1
Daniele Marcolli Flach: +1
Luca deMarchi Berg: +1
Luca deMarchi Flach: +1
Lukas Wallnöfer Berg: +1
Lukas Wallnöfer Flach: +1

Solid training. Marco keeps all important skills this time, just loses sprint which is not that important. 56 is still good enough.

Urrutia very nice. Now 66-84. Could use some flat now but % are so low I will just go on with mountain.

Lukas & Luca both with the double. Luca will probably now take the 100% to play it safe.

Joel Robert Berg: +1
Wyn Masters Berg: +1
Otokar Kotrba Flach: +1
Mediocore training

Minus:
- all as expected. will be even harder for Adrien to survive Andes tour with 38 mtn

Plus:
- Joel mtn is good
- Wyn 100% for safety reasons
- Otokar just flat and now 71% mtn. If I gamble I probably lose, so he goes the safe way for the future as well

Unfortunately no training for Emil or and also TKO just stays with 85 flat

Training 20.11.2020:
Leevi Tivalainen Berg: +1
Toivo Tivalainen Flach: +1
Constant Ockers Berg: +1
Constant Ockers Flach: +1
Hermann Pernsteiner Flach: +1
Valentin Götzinger Flach: +1
Valentin Götzinger Abfahrt: +1
Fabian Steininger Flach: +1
Fabian Steininger Abfahrt: +1
That's really okay!
Ockers take mountain and flat (6%!) as double the second time in a row - 67/82 now with 24.
Leevi mountain also great, Pernsteiner flat dito.
Rest are helpers, they train decent.

Training 20.11.2020:
Nicolas LeGoff Flach: -1
Nicolas LeGoff Abfahrt: -1
Nicola Nicoli Abfahrt: -1
Jay Blankenau Zeit: -1
Pekka Piippo Zeit: -1

Koen Koekelkoren Berg: +1
Uros Kovacevic Flach: +1
Hmm... not good. More minus than plus with only one rider in the roster who is older than 32 years. Nishida trained 3 mountain and 0 flat in November with probabilities of around 90 and 50%. Koen also doesn't want to train falt at all anymore. Bah.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Training 20.11.2020:
Andreas Nägele Abfahrt: -1
Ticio Bogarin Berg: -1
Ticio Bogarin Abfahrt: -1
Ticio Bogarin Zeit: -1
Orhan Hikmet Zeit: -1
Javier Larios Berg: -1
Javier Larios Flach: -1
Javier Larios Sprint: -1
Armand Brotcorne Flach: -1
Fabian Messerli Berg: +1
Fabian Messerli Flach: +1
Tim Eiffel Flach: +1
Endeavour Trewlove Abfahrt: -1
Vasco Teixeira Flach: +1
Michele Apicella Berg: +1
Joan Coderch Berg: +1
Mikhail Stakhanov Flach: +1
Johann Löffel Berg: +1
Johann Löffel Sprint: +1
Oldies:

Nägele only -1 good. Not that it matters at this point.
Bogarin mountain-downhill-TT, so ok as well, but he lost too much sprint before really.
Hikmet only time, good too.
Larios Mountain-flat-Sprint, he will retire soon 83-51 now.
Brotcorne at 33 loses his first flat, this worst news of the oldies.

Plus:
Nobody over 25, usually hope for 1 or 2 of them, but nothing this time.

Messerli Mountain and flat, outstanding. Now 55-61, still 87 sprint, that means he has the mountain he wants and needs, now the training will focus on flat. Absolutely outstanding training this month, +3 mountain with 41% left now, +1 flat with 7% left now. No wins, but with training like that can't complain.
Eiffel: Flat +1, third favorite option, but ok, better that than nothing. 83-61-78-61 now. Mountain first, TT later is what we really want.
Trewlove, -1 downhill, ok, 56-85 having started at 73 flat is still slightly above average flat training I guess. We still want the next one...
Teixeira, flat, 56-80 now at 23
Apicella superstar, mountain again, still perfect, 84 now.
Coderch mountain, 63-75, perfect mountain, but the flat.. .starting at 71 flat 80 was always a bit unlikely, but only +4 in 7 trainings. Risk mountain next training, down to 92%, flat up to 51% instead.
Stakhanov after his incident last week, back in training, 78 flat now. With his reg he doesn't need to go up to 85 or more actually, but discovered that his pavé is quit good too, so after all more is better. 75,6 pavé now. A bit more to be a good helper
Löffel double, as is normal, 53-69 with 69 sprint.

So thanks to Messerli and Apicella a very very good training.

Training 20.11.2020:
Michael Kaltack Zeit: -1
Freddy Garae Berg: -1
Freddy Garae Flach: -1
Freddy Garae Zeit: -1
Vytautas Abromaitis Zeit: -1
Haralds Stibelis Sprint: +1
Emils Zilins Zeit: -1
Joshua Chilia Berg: +1
Manu Wilson Flach: +1
Stasys Kavaliauskas Abfahrt: +1
+4 and -6 (of which 4 useless TT). Has to be the best training ever for a team with 7 riders above 30 and a youngest rider of 25 years old. :D

Training 20.11.2020:
Gautier Paulin Abfahrt: -1
Hugo Svard Flach: -1
Hugo Svard Zeit: -1
Hugo Svard Sprint: -1
Pol Tarres Flach: -1
Adrien VanBeveren Abfahrt: -1
Adrien VanBeveren Zeit: -1
Adrien VanBeveren Sprint: -1
Emil Johansson Abfahrt: +1
Wyn Masters Berg: +1
Otokar Kotrba Berg: +1
Otokar Kotrba Flach: +1
Not the training I was hoping for.

Minus:
- Gautier and Adrien just unimportant down training. ok, but probably there last month anyway to make room for future stars
- Pol and Hugo really bad with both downtraining flat. Especially Pol with 33 - he wasnt a suberb rider in training in younger times and so is he now

Plus:
- Emil takes downhill (single digit %) instead of mtn (52%) - maybe this is teams philosophie problem
- Wyn takes 100% to be safe
- Otokar takes 7X% and 100%, fine

I miss some double training of Hamish (mtn and tt) and TKO is not training anymore, which is bad. TKO and Joel really have to step up now in the offseason to be competetive in spring.

Hello evrybody! I would like to ask something, I bought a new young rider with 53-73-71-48-46 skills, reg 53, and I would like to know wich could be an optional way in the training for him? What do you think, could he become to a classic rider or better if I develop him as a flat helper? I am new in the young rider developing industry so I need some help!

Hi,

it depends on what you need for your team. To me your rider looks like the perfect 60-80 helper so I would train mountain and flat with 21 so that both values are as close as possible to 100% (flat will be in the 90% region I think). With 22 there are the options to go 100% mountain & rest flat or you go 100% flat until end of 23 and then cover mountain for the rest of his career or until he reaches the value you want him to have.

Of course he could also become a classic - though for that a starting value of 55/56 mountain would be better.
