I wont give up on Rafael. It's just one miss so far and some good classics start with 55 mtn or even 54. For a 60-80 he misses reg imo and it would be kind of a waste at this point.

Hiroya Matsuzaka Flach: -1
Hiroya Matsuzaka Abfahrt: -1
Hiroya Matsuzaka Zeit: -1
Hiroya Matsuzaka Sprint: -1

Stephan Wiedmer Sprint: -1
Mohammed Haqqi Flach: -1
Ticio Bogarin Sprint: +1

Habib Belhassen Berg: +1
Felix Krankl Berg: +1
Gérard Lafargue Flach: +1
Izatullah Totakhyl Berg: +1
Izatullah Totakhyl Flach: +1
Oisin Swift Flach: +1
Good training.

Snorri  Just downtrain you idiot, only -3, keeps mountain, like that will be difficult to win the prize for cheapest sale 2020.
Matsuzaka and Matsukaze downtrain more than 38 year old Snorri, 4 each. Wiedmer and Haqqi lose 1 each, at 35-34 that's ok.
+
Bogarin +1 sprint, 76 now. T
Larios flat, now 51...
Belhassen mountain, 71-80
Krankl 62-81, will change to flat training now.
Lafargue at 85 flat now, and 79,9 pavé. So he looks pretty ready for PR
Totakhyl double is nice, 64-72, still not sure what he will be when fully grown up, but keeps training, so that's ok.
Swift flat logic, 50-78 now.

Leander only mountain okay
Simon mountain but Dlurin missing his first Training with 23 really bad.
Marius also only on flat.

Overall ok except for Flurin missing.

Training 12.3.2020:
Snorri Kolbeinsson Berg: -1
Snorri Kolbeinsson Abfahrt: -1
Snorri Kolbeinsson Zeit: -1
Snorri Kolbeinsson Sprint: -1
Hiroya Matsuzaka Flach: -1

Felix Krankl Flach: +1
Felix Krankl Abfahrt: +1
Izatullah Totakhyl Berg: +1
Oisin Swift Flach: +1
Short one. Few down, few up. Krankl with a double, flat/downhill, very nice. The 2 others were expected. Downtraining only Wiedmer hurts a bit, rest normal too.

Training 12.3.2020:
Gautier Paulin Flach: +1
Blake Gutzeit Flach: +1
Toby Price Berg: +1
Toby Price Sprint: +1
Steve Holcombe Berg: +1
again no training for Hamish (still 82 mtn), no training for Pol (still 79 flat), Steve onl mtn (still 75 flat). This is really bad. Normally at least Hamish and Pol have to be fired... but I will keep going with them... maybe they start training again late

Blake and Toby with good training at least

Julian Aeschbacher Berg: +1
Julian Aeschbacher Flach: +1

Training ok.
Just 1 down for my old flat guys on dh so doesnt matter.
Stucki down on tt doesnt matter too.
Both mountain guys going for mountain 81 and 82 now with 23.
Both young flat guys going for double thats good.

Of all things, both Funk and Zwerver downtrain flat in their first trainings with 33... bäk.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Not ideal. But seem to be no 4-5 in the flat pavé team, so the guys who will end up helping Kopinski. So... Kopinski? What did he do? 3 trainings left till PR I think.

No downtraining this time from Kopinski. If he keeps 80 flat and around 80 pavé, the team will ride for him.

Plus only 3, but Brotcorne now 87 and Lafargue 86 and 80,6 pavé is good.

My classic riders reaaally like to fail at flat training with 22 but then take the low chances at 23. Felipe is now the 4th flat point they take with 23 in this generation.
Alejandro also nice with the double training.

Oisin Swift Flach: +1
Snorri, Snorri. Only -1, that won't cut it to win the cheapest transfer of the year I fear. Nice that he is still at 82 flat at 38, but that wasn't the plan.
3 down Matsukaze, keeps sprint and flat, which is good.
+ Larios flat, now 87-52
Lafargue +1 flat, now 87 flat and 81,3 pavé. very good
Totakhyl 66-72 now while Swift goes to 81 flat.

Thanks to Lafargue good training, another flat/pavé by him is huge, he now could have a real PR chance?

Very nice training! Only one really missing out is Castillo who sticks with 69 mountain at 24 - lets hope he makes up for it as like Yanez did with 25.
Marco needs a helper as does Betancur. Need to take credit from our bank I think.

Pol Tarres Flach: +1
Blake Gutzeit Abfahrt: +1
Toby Price Sprint: +1
Steve Holcombe Berg: +1
Well... Pol did something again after ages.
Steve and Toby what they have to do.
Blake did train the wrong skill.

And all others did nothing.

For a more or less young team it's a very below mediocore training, again.

Training 5.4.2020:
Arminas Jasikonis Sprint: +1
Toby Price Sprint: +1
Steve Holcombe Berg: +1
I hoped for some flat training before RVV and PR. But no, just 2x 100% and a lucky sprint training which is not very important for Arminas.

All others are kind of stuck in there level.

Oisin Swift Flach: +1
Samuel Lanz Berg: +1
Samuel Lanz Flach: +1
Matsukaze and Kunonga keep their sprint, nice.
Haqqi downtraining flat with a bit too much enthusiasm for my taste, he's 35 and already down to 85, from 88.

Youngsters....
Antinori 88 mountain, excellent, 87 was fine too, but 88 is more. (I googled it) Hm, flat attempt? 56 is not really high either. But 6%, so I keep my 2% mountain.
Nägele nice.
Belhassen down to 56 sprint, so ok, won't cover sprint from now on, probably would have started soon, but only 1 to go to 55, so doesn't matter.
Totakhyl mountain, good, but I still don't know what I should do with him exactly. 67-72 now... go for flat? But % not that good, so keep mountain..
Swift good, Lanz normal.
Happy, Antinori!

Downtraining, Matsukaze with the full program, but ok, he's 37 and still 73 sprint, only 2 down, can't complain. Matsuzaka purely a cheap rider by now anyway, he kept mountain.
Wiedmer, Haqqi ok too,
+Totakhyl continues the mountain, and I continue to wonder what to do with him exactly. 68-72 now
Swift flat, good, Lanz the expected 100% double.

On PR day... no flat training for the important ones.

Just high percentage trainings (Toby and Steve) plus surprising flat for Hamish.

Looking forward to a really nice training after the first highlight races are done...
