Training 20.1.2020:
YoungGwon Son Berg: -1
YoungGwon Son Flach: -1
YoungGwon Son Sprint: -1
Snorri Kolbeinsson Flach: -1
Snorri Kolbeinsson Zeit: -1
Snorri Kolbeinsson Sprint: -1
Hiroya Matsuzaka Abfahrt: -1
Hiroyasu Matsukaze Zeit: -1
Mohammed Haqqi Zeit: -1
Felix Krankl Berg: +1
Felix Krankl Flach: +1
Armand Brotcorne Flach: +1
Gérard Lafargue Flach: +1
Izatullah Totakhyl Berg: +1
Izatullah Totakhyl Flach: +1
Son only 3 down at 38, the 3 most important ones, but ok, he's already so far down that it doesn't matter.
Snorri after his win yesterday pays for it immediately, 3 down too, including flat.
Matsuzaka and Matsukaze 1 down, ok, Haqqi loses TT, ok too.
Double for Krankl is very good
Brotcorne now 83 flat, just one miss so far, good too.
Lafargue had 100%, Izatullah double, even if the flat is at risk since we try to get a downhill point too....

Not a brilliant training, big problem is Belhassen who for the third time misses 65% mountain, still 66-80, we hoped to get to 70-80 in February, now that looks highly unlikely, let's hope he does it in March or April then.

Training 27.1.2020:
YoungGwon Son Berg: -1
YoungGwon Son Flach: -1
YoungGwon Son Abfahrt: -1
YoungGwon Son Zeit: -1
YoungGwon Son Sprint: -1
Snorri Kolbeinsson Berg: -1
Hiroya Matsuzaka Berg: -1
Hiroya Matsuzaka Flach: -1
Hiroya Matsuzaka Sprint: -1
Habib Belhassen Berg: +1
Felix Krankl Berg: +1
Felix Krankl Flach: +1
Armand Brotcorne Flach: +1
Gérard Lafargue Flach: +1
Izatullah Totakhyl Berg: +1
Izatullah Totakhyl Flach: +1
Izatullah Totakhyl Abfahrt: +1
Great Krankl. Belhassen finally a training, 1 from 4 at 24 is not that good...
Totakhyl the triple,
Brotcorne and Lafargue flat, good.

Training 27.1.2020:
Pieter Coolman Abfahrt: -1
Pieter Coolman Zeit: -1
Pieter Coolman Sprint: -1
Baltasar Banzer Berg: -1
Baltasar Banzer Zeit: -1
Baltasar Banzer Sprint: -1
Karl Kopinski Zeit: -1
Eduardo Spohr Abfahrt: -1
Hieronymus Hilti Berg: +1
Hieronymus Hilti Zeit: -1
Halvor Haugen Berg: +1
Nicolas LeGoff Flach: +1
Nicola Nicoli Flach: +1
Nicola Nicoli Sprint: +1
Oystein Eikeland Berg: +1
Oystein Eikeland Flach: +1
The two old guys in the team are dominating the Team FL training it looks like. But while Coolman still keeps his 84 flat, which makes him really hard to sell, Banzer is getting closer to retirement and a hot candidate to sell before February. The rest is fine, Kopinski does a downtraining again, the third with 33, but flat and sprint have not been touched yet (knock on wood...). On the other side of the spectrum, I can't really complain. Hilti is motivated after winning the mountain classement down under and trains his mountain skill. Haugen does too while LeGoff is more interested in his flat talents. Nicoli and Eikeland with a double feature, great.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Training 27.1.2020:
Tim Gajser Berg: +1
Finn Iles Flach: +1
Finn Iles Zeit: -1
Arminas Jasikonis Flach: +1
Pol Tarres Flach: +1
Blake Gutzeit Flach: +1
Hamish MacDonald Berg: +1

Finn and Arminas both flat. Very good. That makes them a great pave combination. Even Pol started to train again after failing twice at 77%.

Tim with mountain training really good.

Training 5.2.2020:
YoungGwon Son Berg: -1
YoungGwon Son Flach: -1
YoungGwon Son Abfahrt: -1
YoungGwon Son Zeit: -1
YoungGwon Son Sprint: -1
Snorri Kolbeinsson Berg: -1
Snorri Kolbeinsson Zeit: -1
Hiroya Matsuzaka Zeit: -1
Hiroya Matsuzaka Sprint: -1
Hiroyasu Matsukaze Berg: -1
Hiroyasu Matsukaze Flach: -1

Stephan Wiedmer Sprint: -1
Javier Larios Zeit: -1
Izatullah Totakhyl Berg: +1
Izatullah Totakhyl Flach: +1
Oisin Swift Berg: +1
Oisin Swift Flach: +1
.

Rather unsatisfying training result. Only the 21+22 olds train.. No Lafargue, Krankl, Belhassen or Brotcorne.

Remy Laporte Zeit: -1
Cristobal Yanez Abfahrt: -1
Daniel Castillo Berg: +1
Rafael RuizCabal Berg: +1

Alejandro Betancur Berg: +1
Alejandro Betancur Sprint: +1
Martin Roux Berg: +1
Martin Roux Flach: +1
Ricardo DiazRomero Berg: +1
Ricardo DiazRomero Flach: +1

Shitty training. No Marco. My young classics all continue to suck in flat training. Yanez prefers to take the -10% on downhill but not the 62% for mountain :(

Tim very nice with mountain training.

Rest ok as expected.

Hieronymus Hilti Berg: +1
Lorenz Looser Flach: +1
Nicola Nicoli Sprint: +1
Oystein Eikeland Flach: +1
Coolman and Banzer to be expected but Banzer keeps his sprinting skill. The big bummer: Kopinski. Argh! Hoped he would be able to keep his flat skill longer. Anyway, the rest looks pretty good tome. Zwerver and Looser are already eying on the the Flanders classics while Spohr is inspired by his two wins in January. The rest looks not too shabby as well.

Leander Hediger Berg: +1
Simon Kreuzer Berg: +1
Simon Kreuzer Flach: +1
Flurin Kutti Berg: +1
Marius Rinner Berg: +1

Leander fine going for Mountain as expected.
Simon after missing 1 with 21 and starting with 1 less mountain now going for 80-70. But both nice.
Flurin 5 Trainings 5 mountain 4 flat still fine.
Marius as expected going for flat and 50+ mountain.

Classics didnt practice at all thats ok hope for 1 or 2 mountain more for Lucas and Alex.

No down practices is good.

Felix Krankl Berg: +1
Armand Brotcorne Flach: +1
Gérard Lafargue Flach: +1
Izatullah Totakhyl Berg: +1
Izatullah Totakhyl Flach: +1
Oisin Swift Flach: +1
Pretty outstanding training!
Down is down, basically all ok.
Ticio +1 flat, not the first priority, but we'll take that too.
Larios +1 mountain, now 87! Time to go for flat?
Belhassen +1 mountain, -1 flat, now 68-80-72, need to cover downhill immediately. And hope for more mountain, but good.
Krankl +1 mountain, now 60-81 at 24. Good
Brotcorne: +1 flat, 54-85 at 24 too. Happy with that as well.
Lafargue:+1 flat, now 49-82 with 69 sprint and 77,8 pavé. Not there yet for PR, but we can still hope.
Totakhyl double, 61-70, 6 doubles in a row, good. Due to his unexpected talent in pavé we're a but lost about what to do now... try for flat a bit hoping to have him at 80 flat and 79,8 pavé in a year for Het Nieuwsblad? Not really worth it, but for RVV in April 76 flat would be nice, 76,6 pavé.. but not good enough either.. .probably just keep the training he has now.
Swift only flat, now 75, double would have been nice, but rather irrelevant, we don't plan to train him over 50 anyway, now 48, he has to go up in flat!

So very nice training, would take that every week (well at some point some stops ok, don't need Larios at 90...)

Training 12.2.2020:
Ivan Burkhanov Flach: -1
Ivan Burkhanov Abfahrt: -1
Botir Riskiyev Flach: -1
Botir Riskiyev Zeit: -1
Isaiah Faingaanuku Abfahrt: -1
Michael Kaltack Berg: +1
Michael Kaltack Abfahrt: -1
Freddy Garae Abfahrt: +1
Vytautas Abromaitis Berg: +1
Romario Browne Berg: +1
Spencer Morris Flach: +1
name geben Zeit: +1
Good training. Nothing too important went down.
Kaltack to 71 hill skill, should be enough for a hilly sprinter.
Abromaitis now at 72-83 at the age of 25, too bad he doesn't have the sprint skills to win a lot. But he will be useful to block for Kaltack.
Brownie is stubborn and decides to miss the 83% flat training and train mountain instead. Now 81-63 at the age of 23. Well, I don't mind, as long as he trains flat again next time.
Morris and the new guy who still has not revealed his identity to me take a more or less mandatory training, nothing special there.

Listen to Browne!! And stop insulting him by calling him Brownie!
He wants mountain, he has the talent, despite your attempts to sabotage his career he knows what's best for him and trains mountain. 2 behind perfect training, which of course is far from perfect at this age, but not necessarily the end for his climbing dreams. What do you need a 82-70 or whatever abomination you want to make Browne for? You have classics for the flat, let Browne be what he is, a climber!!!

Simon Kreuzer Flach: +1
Flurin Kutti Berg: +1
Marius Rinner Berg: +1

Peter okay
Leander like expected
Simon after missing 1 mountain at 21 changed his training to flat but he decides to train both the 2nd time in a row at 22 he now hit 6 flat and 5 mountains in 6 trainings.
Flurin mountain nice. But dont like to practice any flat.
Rinner okay 100% on both so yeah.

Martin Roux Berg: +1

Ricardo DiazRomero Flach: +1

Marco now 86 with 24,5 years. Great stuff! But as an evening rider he has to continue as there are still a lot stronger climbers ahead (Sjaastad now up to 90 mountain for example)
Castillo takes the double after missing all flat trainings with 22. We take it.
Yanez again missing but at least he doesn't take the downhill -1 this time. Still has 2 trainings left to at least get to 70.
Betancur still doesn't know what he wants to be taking both mountain and sprint. I think he should become the next hill climber - continuing with Galacticos tradition so I might continue to take the risk with sprint below 80% from now on.

I think I've never seen a five skill training in my team so far. So well done Pieter! oh wait... At least Banzer keeps his sprint and Kopinski his flat skill. Besides that, not much happened, LeGoff, Nicoli and Eikeland the training heroes this time it seems.

I would go for flat with Larios. I dont know the percentage for mountain now... but normally its pure luck anyway. some more flat should be good since 50 is not good

Dammit, this training was a catastrophy... Kopinski 3 downtrainings with 34, incl. flat. Uff... Right before Omloop. Does not look good for PR and RVV... And for the under 32 yo. guys there is the same amount of downtrainings than skill-ups... Grmpf.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Son 5 down, his last training, so a full one.
Snorri only -2 at 37, good, but bad too. He plans to win the lowest sale prize award for this year, for this he has to downtrain as much as possible really. Hope he'll do better in March, but well, mountain and TT are expensive skills, so losing those 2 is quite ok.
Matsuzaka mountain, he's 36, so ok too. 64-83 at his best, now 60-77. MSR at risk, but otherwise fine.
Matsukaze flat, 35 his age, no problem.
Wiedmer only sprint, at 34, so ok too.

Belhassen now at 70-80. After a bad January, 1 of 4 trainings, a superb February, 3 of 4. Goal for the Giro now 72-80
Krankl 61-81 now, Brotcorne 54-86, Lafargue with the flat 79,3 pavé, He is becoming a PR threat slowly. Actually pretty fast so far.
Totakhyl no double this time, but +8+7 is ok, now at 63-71, and a manager who is not sure what to train.
Swift flat, normal.

So happy Donkey again, Belhassen, Lafargue, Krankl, all very nice.

Training 27.2.2020:
Blake Gutzeit Flach: +1
Hamish MacDonald Berg: +1
Toby Price Flach: +1
Toby Price Sprint: +1
Steve Holcombe Berg: +1
Steve Holcombe Flach: +1
Pol is a nightmare. Just two flat trainings with 23, none with 24. Still 79 flat and pave - could have been 80+ for both easily.

Nothing spectactular for the other pave riders. But now everything is bonus anyway.

Blake and Hamish as expected. Hamish now 82mtn which is still not enough to be close to his contenders. Blake a great rider with 54-79-81 and lots of reg.

Toby and Steve are the training champs of February. 8 trainings each. Steve needs to keep going to be the only classic for a while until masterplan Giro21 starts ;-)

Toby now 70 flat and sprint. Probably I go for 1st option sprint now and maybe mtn. 46 is maybe a bit too much of a problem.

Training 27.2.2020:
Cristobal Yanez Berg: +1
Daniel Castillo Berg: +1
Rafael RuizCabal Flach: +1
Felipe FloresNyuti Berg: +1
Alejandro Betancur Berg: +1
Alejandro Betancur Sprint: +1
Martin Roux Flach: +1
Ricardo DiazRomero Berg: +1
Ricardo DiazRomero Flach: +1

Yanez finally with a mountain training. 1 of 4 is still disappointing. We need help for Marco.
The bad flat training continued for my young classics.
All in all 4 out of 16 is a bit of bad luck and Rafael topped it with missing mountain. He is now a candidate to be sold or become a 60-80 helper guy(?)
Betancur with 4+4 is very nice on the other hand. Will go for mountain now probably.
The flat duo of Roux and Diaz Romero did all they have been asked and will now also go for flat in order to win PR in April ;-)
