Kunonga, Quttiboyev, double Armas, Donkey happy. MInus, Matsuoka losing mountain not perfect, but at his age not surprising either, so I'll take it (not that I have a choice...)

Wiedmer mountain, nice.
No important downtrainings, nice too.
Armas doesn't take the 93%, grrr... ok, should have made it 100%
Plus Antinori, 97% or what it is, and Nägele the double.

Armas not good, but ok, it is what it is...

Training 20.8.2019:
Baltasar Banzer Zeit: -1
Karl Kopinski Zeit: -1
Hieronymus Hilti Berg: +1
Lorenz Looser Berg: +1
Lorenz Looser Flach: +1
Halvor Haugen Berg: +1
Halvor Haugen Flach: +1
Looser great, takes additional flat, like it. Besides that, it's a bit depressing. Eduardo stays at 89 sprint and Murphy at 81 flat. Meanwhile, time trial seems not to be the most enjoyed cycling discipline in my team...

Minus is minus, seems lots of it, Hiroshi Matsuyama 3 is overdoing it a bit, but since he'll retire soon anyway doesn't matter.
Wiedmer now 65-82, started at 46 mountain it seems.... he really wants to win a mountainous stage race after tasting how it feels to wear the leader's jersey at the Tour.
Antinori 84, perfect.
Bogarin a triple, even took the flat, we'll go full risk next training and keep the one there, only 97% sprint!!!

Training 27.8.2019:
Pieter Coolman Berg: +1
Karl Kopinski Berg: +1
Max Funk Flach: +1
Jose Lluis Flach: +1
Hieronymus Hilti Berg: +1
Lorenz Looser Berg: +1
Halvor Haugen Berg: +1
Halvor Haugen Flach: +1
Big plus: No minus! But Murphy... Still at 81 flat with 23 years... And Spohr also only at 89 sprint. Two potential team leaders (well Spohr is already one, as he's the only sprinter in the team) going to waste. Anyway, rest is very good, esp. Funk who takes another flat training and stands now at 87 flat. Guess he will change to mountain to be ready for the spring 2020 campaign.

Tulio Armas Berg: +1
Andreas Nägele Flach: +1
Ticio Bogarin Berg: +1
Ticio Bogarin Flach: +1
Ticio Bogarin Sprint: +1

A minus here and there, but plus too.
Armas finally up again, 69 now, not really superb month otherwise.
Antinori the opposite, good month, but didn't feel like training this week. Which is ok, 84 at 23, he felt he needed to take it easier this week.
Nägele flat. OK.
Bogarin a triple again, took the 20+% again in flat. People in Paraguay are ecstatic, were glued to their mobiles, iPads, laptops and PC's to know how Ticio trained. And big celebrations after the announcement of the training results by c4f. As if he had already won MSR. Well to be honest he really has. Opponents are already looking at alternative times. Evening riders are clearing their schedule to be able to watch the Bogarin show live!

Ticio Bogarin Berg: +1
Ticio Bogarin Sprint: +1
Orhan Hikmet Berg: +1
Orhan Hikmet Flach: +1
Orhan Hikmet Sprint: +1
Javier Larios Berg: +1
Wild training.
Both the old classcs, Matsuoka and Son downtrain 4, just keep the mountain. Ok for Matsuoka, he's 38 and actually has kept his mountain skill well, but Son at 34 is a bit worrying.

Kolbeinsson 91 flat! At 32! Nice! After the winnimg spree by our sprinters he obviously felt motivated. Plus insulted by Burkhanov following him. 90 ok once? Let's try 91!
Haqqi 88 flat. Very nice too. So we'll have a good flat rider after Snorri as well.
Matsukaze, Kunonga and Bogarin, our sprinters all +1. 74/74/67 now. Motivating winning spree again. Bogarin +1 mountain too, now 57-70 with his 67 sprint.
Armas mountain, 71-80 now. Bad August, perfect September so far.
Nägele flat, now 80
Hikmet a triple, not sure what for, only flat is actually wanted.
Larios mountain. No flat 71% Maybe 93-100 would have been worth the risk?

Excellent training. To complain, which I like 3 points: 1) Larios flat. 2) Quttiboyev. Still 83 flat and our pavé star training would have been more important than Snorri and Haqqi. 3) Antinori stays at 84.

But of course we'll happily take a training like that every time. (Even if Bogarin at 79-70 with 89 sprint in early March sounds a bit expensive...)

Thibault Rossard Berg: -1
Ron Zwerver Berg: +1
Ron Zwerver Flach: +1
Sean Murphy Flach: +1
Lorenz Looser Berg: +1
Halvor Haugen Berg: +1
Halvor Haugen Flach: +1
Rossard got lazy it seems, satisfied with his win yesterday. Looser wants to win too, so he seems to be motivated. Rest looks good, double training for Zwerver and Haugen while Murphy shows up finally.

Matsushita only 4 minus at 39.
Matsuoka 5 at 38.
But only 2 other minus, Matsubara at 36 stays at 85 flat, good.

The plus excellent:
Armas with his 4th + in mountain this month, after a disappointing August he's at 73-80 now.
Antinori +2 this month, so at 86 mountain.
Bogarin double at 22, Hikmet and Larios at 21.

Habib Belhassen Flach: +1
Kolbeinsson lost his 91 flat again already, but was still nice to have a 91 flat rider for 3 weeks or so. And it's not like 90 is bad either.
Rest of the minus all ok, not as happy with the +
Basically took the ones with 100%, plus Belhassen flat that was at 99? 98? Hope for some Nägele, Quttiboyev or of course Antinori+Armas next week.

Very balanced training, three up, three down. Seems like we get a Yoga team here. Looser and Haugen are eager to go for MSR, Spohr too. I like the competitive spirit in the team, let's see who comes out on top in March :).

Son too much minus for my taste, Kolbeinsson down to 89 already, lost 2 flat in 3 trainings. Kunonga, Armas Bogarin the extra + training heroes today. Armas excellent 74 mountain at 26, 23 trainings 18 up, very nice. Hm, Bogarin has 94% now, so not really an extra hero. Kunonga felt he needed more downhill, we didn't think so, but since he won Fourmies he really can do whatever he wants. Donks happy.

Armand Brotcorne Flach: +1
Snorri sure likes downtraining.. but since he liked up too, 91 flat for 1 week (or was it 2?) that's ok. Now at 88.
Hikmet and Larios +1 the most important, now 83/82 flat mountain, Krankl/Brotcorne double, still not sure how to train Brotcorne though.
Belhassen with the risky 73-65% flat mountain, mountain taken, not flat, now change to the less risky 98-49... Would like 2 flat at 22 for him, but like mountain more, so the risky stuff only ones.

Downtraining, 4 Matsubara at 38, 3 Son at 36 so ok. Only downtraining I would have liked to avoid is Matsuzaka flat.

+, Ticio with the double, yeah! 12+41% now. 60-73 mountain sprint, so he already is usable for MSR, that doesn't mean he should stop training though.
Larios mountain at 23, always important. Belhassen double 60-77 now, 70+-80 the goal, 80 difficult, but who knows.
Krankl and Brotcorne the expected double wit 100-9x.
Hikmet at 23 flat, like for climbers the mountain, always important. Looks like he will overtake Quttiboyev as pavéleader soon.

The critical 23 year olds fail, but that doesn't matter, still a very good training. Antinori 87 mountain, Ticio takes sprint again. Belhassen with a double, 61-78 now. Brotcorne and Krankl double too. Now thinking what to do with Brotcorne, 100% flat next time or stay with 84%

Minus rather short, Son keeps keeping mountain

Bogarin double, not the main sprint, but mountain and flat, which is good too. Nägele finally at 60 mountain now, Krankl double, riskier training than Brotcorne who only took the flat... still don't know what to do with him... keep it at 1 mountain and 87% flat? Take give a second or third one to mountain? All flat? I'll probably leave it...
The others ok, Hikmet and Larios would be nice to get 2 + this month, but for the moment not. But thanks to Ticio and Nägele still happy with the training. Downtraining all ok too.

Pieter and Baltasar still stay fresh, altough both decided to downtrain flat. Halvor with 80 flat now, nice. Nicolas and Nicola have 5 trainings combined, weee! And Oystein trainas expected, nice too.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Hiroshi Matsubara Flach: -1
Hiroshi Matsubara Abfahrt: -1
Hiroshi Matsubara Zeit: -1
Hiroshi Matsubara Sprint: -1
YoungGwon Son Zeit: -1
YoungGwon Son Sprint: -1
Snorri Kolbeinsson Flach: -1
Hiroya Matsuzaka Berg: -1
Hiroya Matsuzaka Abfahrt: -1
Shavkat Quttiboyev Zeit: -1
Andreas Nägele Berg: +1
Ticio Bogarin Abfahrt: +1
Habib Belhassen Berg: +1
Felix Krankl Berg: +1
Felix Krankl Flach: +1
Armand Brotcorne Flach: +1
Gérard Lafargue Flach: +1
Nägele mountain, for the rest not much excitement. Bogarin downhill of course lucky, would have preferred the less lucky sprint or mountain. Antinori, Larios, Quttiboyev, Hikmet, or useful Bogarin would have been nice, really hope for one of those, if not 2.
The young ones, Krankl double, good, Brotcorne only flat, so he gives up mountain now and is happy with flat. Lafargue only flat, he's in no risk flat training, 60%, sprint, so ok, don't care that much about more sprint. Downtraining, Son again keeps mountain, at 37,5 he's only lost 3 mountain, excellent. Double Matsuzaka not too happy, but ok, we'll survive it.

Excellent!!!!
Matsubara+Son are 39+37, so full downtraining ok. Snorri 35 keeps overdoing it a bit, but kept flat this time at least. Haqqi should rather take his +2% flat than -16 downhill... but decided to cover the downhill now. Just realized he was training 1 mountain for reasons that are absolutely mysterious. And flat stays at 2% with 6 or 7 training units on it.

Plus: Outstanding! Take out your penises and start rubbing, it's that exciting!
Armas 76 mountain now, superclassic yihaaaaa
Nägele 62-82 now, his mountain training good, failed at flat when we tried earlier, now mountain, to keep up with Bogarin good.
Larios, now 84, good. Well, 84 at this point is not really good, but ok, good he went up.
Belhassen: Double! 65-79 now, risk next training, keep it at 96%-10%. Hope he doesn't fail the mountain. But 70-80 looks very possible now. Or 70-79 which is good enough really.
Krankl, double 55-79, try with him for a 60-85 now? But too late for MSR most likely... he keeps training risk and taking doubles so far.
Brotcorne, flat, gave up on mountain with him really, 54-81, plan flat as high as possible.
Lafargue, double, flat and sprint, sprint only because I don't know what else to train, he risks being to high in sprint for my taste soon actually if he continues.... flat pavé his goal.

So Armas, Larios, Belhassen, fantastic training by those 3, a very happy donkey!

Training 20.1.2020:
Pieter Coolman Sprint: -1
Baltasar Banzer Berg: -1
Baltasar Banzer Abfahrt: -1
Baltasar Banzer Zeit: -1
Baltasar Banzer Sprint: -1
Karl Kopinski Abfahrt: -1
Ron Zwerver Berg: +1
Eduardo Spohr Berg: +1
Jose Lluis Flach: +1
Nicolas LeGoff Flach: +1
Nicola Nicoli Flach: +1
Oystein Eikeland Flach: +1
Training in 2020 went okay so far. Last night (or this morning?!), esp. Banzer seemed to have a bad dream which made him lose four skill points, grmpf. Coolman instead is still cool about getting old, staying at 84 flat. Kopinski not so much. He downtrained two skills already, first mountain, now downhil. The guy really wants to do flat races it seems. Lluis, LeGoff, Nicoli ein Eikeland seem to think so too while Spohr and Zwerver are going more for the uphill stuff. I am not mad about that.
