Division 6 market (youth market only?)

So the system for D6 market changed? And once again I amuse you by asking the same question. Why wasn't anybody ever informed of this?

In the manual this is written:

New teams in division 7 (until they have 1,500 points) and in division 6 (until promotion to div1-5) have their own transfer market to protect them from the costly fight for riders on the div1-5 auction market. In this protected market, you can directly buy riders without having to bid for them. Every few days, there is a refresh of the market, meaning that new riders will be available.

So that's wrong? Now riders "tröpflen" in and out? Sort of like D1-5 but without getting cheaper? Ok, not a big change, but if indeed the change was there, writing it down SOMEWHERE, ideally in the forum AND the manual would be nice. Every change should be documented.

Edit: Of course it's also possible I missed some sort of announcement somewhere, forum, update notes,... but in any case the manual should be updated too.
