Min tact bug at NCs

It started at the 11h NC today, when suddenly there was a weird min tact at every :30, before the real min tact started. As soon as the real min tact should have started, the race got stuck and still is.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Looks like it's fixed. Thanks to Gipfelstuermer and Alkworld for the effort!
