Reduced Purchase Tag when bought at 21

Hey as it was suggested in the Chat i wanted to ask for clarification here if theres something wrong with my rider Rikard Juul from my team Medical Service.
I bought him at 21 and named him myself but he has the reduced purchase tag so that i can only sell him for roughly 1 million while hes worth 2.7M.
So is this really as it is intended or as weird as many thought it is including myself? Since the reduced purchased tag shouldnt be for youth riders or here 21s?

Since nobody even responded yet and now there seem to be a new column under the own riders in the transfer section i wanted to bring this up again and made some screenshots.
In the riders overview it says no one of my riders is reduced ( i gess that is what de Red. stands for^^ ) but when i click Rikard it shows that he has the tag and can only be sold for under a million. Even though i bought him at 21 before the 5th, named him myself and he wasnt even that cheap. Isnt that a bug? It would seem really unfair that i cant sell him for the regular price minus the tax.

That one is a wrong interpretation, which applies basically to everyone bought as young rider from the regular transfermarket for < 100%. More important, yours doesn't count as reduced when buying the next one. I'll have to fix that ...

i'm not 100% sure what you mean with wrong interpretation here. Do you mean that the game interprets it wrong or i do?^^
Anyway thanks for looking into it
