Display of teams online in NCs

don't know if it's a bug of feature. But at the polish NC, no team is shown online, even when Rockstar Inc. and me were writing in the chat (or shortly before and afterwards). Even me refreshing regularly doesn't change the display from "0".

Thanks to Alkworld for answering in the race chat. So for anybody who wonders:
