One day race upload tool

Slightly broken.
Old problem, if using the deleting tool, after that you can't upload races, otherwise the upload looks like San Francisco classic on November 14th looks now. It adds the previously uploaded races to the profile for some reason. Old problem "cured itself" after a night. Now it doesn't anymore. Used the deletion tool on Thursday, uploaded San Francisco yesterday, deleted it, today another try, and doesn't work....
I'll leave it up for the moment, maybe needs 2 nights to recover nowadays... or maybe seeing it up can help with the bug hunting...
