Pavé skill of retired riders

Only one example. Luiz Muchacho, winner of Paris Roubaix has 58,8 pavé. Only problem, he obviously had much more.

Sherlock Ape suspects that other riders have been castrated similarly. And notes that Luiz retired in 2001, so maybe the 2 problems are related?
