Inscription bug

There seems to be an inscription bug lately. That hadn't happened before I think, or at least very seldom. Now twice in a short time.

2 days ago? or 3 Furpach inscribed, but had no riders, but was able to access the chat.
Today (29.06) at 15h same problem for V-spririt. From the chat:

V-Spirit: np good luck all
V-Spirit: it sounds that i failed registration
Atletico Lula: bug ?
V-Spirit: don't really understand why i'm not in the race

Able to write in the chat, but no riders. High priority to find and eliminate that I think!
