Finance page

After the second stage in Slovenia at 16h the finance page looks strange...
Kraftsystemrevision! Include the distance!
Basics reform: Give blue a chance!
Don't punish bugusers. We all have to use bugs, since most of them are declared as "features"!

Ah... yes.. new special signs were a problem... checked for 'è ê after the stage, missed the obvious one...

They are 2, 3 characters which mustn´t be in the tourname. Don´t see any problem to forbid this! I have program some database codelines everytime this happen. This means work and risk.
