Selling Riders/Reset while being in a Tour

hm...if i remember correctly this topic isn't a new one..but i didn't find the old thread
Situation: Bayern-Rundfahrt 20:00
pacardbell was in the tour until today, now he's gone...sold and bought riders...guess he was able to reset his team while he was in the tour...
should be fixed
