something is not ok, with regeneration tonight...
yesterday was ITT, 7 riders setted with 75 or 80%,started with 1000 energie the ITT,all team have high reg, and now,whole team start today with 700 energie or less....and i should fight for red and green, i'm very disappointed

The energy consumption for the entire ITT done at 75% without mountain (<55) was nearly 550/600 energy. 700 may be too low, but still John, (59 reg-51 mountain) starts with 980 in my team. with 80% the consumption increase by 21/42 energy for downhill part and 34/68 energy for mountain. So, totally, the waste may be 710 for an entire TT done at 80%
