Showing as 1:19:22 behind leader (yellow jesey column) despite this being a 1 day race and being in pelOton

I have noticed this in several races. Just a display error I guess, but something that brings unnessecary question marks into new players heads.

Also a 2nd rider of Team Franconia is showing 20 seconds behind all other riders in the pelOton
No 6, Sterling West

Both riders were in Franconia's squad who was taken out of a tour recently
