Looking at the transfers in the new design: All transfers today at 00.00.0000.
Looking at the old design, no 00. etc. but 28.03.2011 the newest transfers.
And looking a bit further, that exists in the new design as well. Radler for example has 2 new riders that joined the team on 28.03.2012... not sure if they joined today or at the beginning of the month in reality.
