Actually I think only I'm checking at the moment. And I have no clue what this is. If anybody in the community knows more about such issues, please let us know.

Ich weiß nicht ob das hilft. Hab es einfach mal eingegeben. Aber das hast du sicher auch schon versucht.

Seems like a hard problem:
The domain has a unique SSL certificate?
Did you clear browser cache to maybe solve this problem?
Otherwise contact the hosting provider.
Good luck!

Clear browser cache would be to easy. I thought that admins maybe have a different browser cache than other users. I have to less knowledge of this kind of matters.
Good luck again

Hello, what we do if we don't solve it quickly ?
Postponed the calendar ? Canceled stage ?
We can't send an email at all user to say there is a big issue and they will be informed when it is solve ?

You got work besides c4f?
Jokes aside, do your work.
I guess all members who got access to forum will see the thread sooner or later.
Thinking about how to handle the races today, could be done when the game is back online.

Unfortunately too early as we don't know how and when it will be solved.
In previous cases, one day races were cancelled and stage races were then 'simply' delayed, e.g. if 10h TDF cannot go ahead, they can ride the stage tomorrow and everything could be delayed one day.

of course completely disrupts the time schedule on a weekend, but unfortunately nobody can do anything about that.
You could skip the rest day on Monday (possibly double reg).

There's still a problem, I can't access the server (backend) to switch on the game background processing again

Meanwhile we know what happened. An Apache webserver update at 06:30 this morning caused this issue, not only for us, but for many small websites around the world. We (mostly Gipfel, Alpacas, Radomiak and myself) spent all morning trying to fix it. Radomiak eventually found the link below explaining the problem and providing a workaround, which worked perfectly fine. I'm not sure if there's still some fixing needed later on, but for now the game runs.
