No spectator chat but able to use the race chat

Hi everybody. Today Dauphiné 14h, there was no spectator chat, but I could write in the race chat. Tactics tab was empty (white) fortunately 
Countercheck: One day race at 10h was okay, there was a spectator chat, and I was not able to use the race chat. Dauphiné 22h I also see a spectator chat.
