In 18h, Harwood gets white despite multiple <25yo's finishing ahead of him. No bonis or nothing...

They are all tied in the c4f tiebreakers so very likely it got assigned randomly

I remember in a recent tour Redrocks was in a fight with Zimmermann from Sunweb and it was decided based on finishing position everyday. They finished within the same second everyday but whoever got the better position took the jersey. So weird that it's not the case here, like it should be...
