riders on market not lowering in price

named riders don't decrease in price past a certain point right now, Seweryn Obst stayed at the same price since yesterday according to Hansa until Harryaner bought him at some point, i checked a few other riders this morning and they also stayed around 80% of their marketvalue since then.

Today they drop again, is it possible they only drip once a day instead of continully?

Once per minute during auctions, once per day below 85%. Then it‘s a few %, depending on age
