I won this race, but my classics wins number didn't go up. Is it a bug or does that only include cat5+ races?

Thanks for the hint, with the big change from end of October (race calculation, detailed prizes etc) a small bug was still present, so cat 4 was not considered a classic. Fixed it now, will update the classic win stats soon.

If we define cat 4 as classics it would be a good idea to add "Monument wins" and "Grand Tour wins" as palmares entrees.

There is the Hall of Fame in the statistics" though, where exactly these wins are shown.
