Falling from a group with 0 power

The system does not accept the order "fall from the group" or "wait for captain" when a rider has 0 power, as they are categorized as tempo settings. But falling from a group shall be possible in this case, too.

Agreed.
Surely a rider out of energy would drop easier than a rider with energy.
